This place was perfect for our getaway. Spotless and very comfortable for our family. It's stocked with various board/card games and has tons of kitchen amenities. We enjoyed sitting on the new large deck with our morning coffee. Vacation Time staff the nicest! Would definitely stay here again!

The unit was extremely clean and ready as promised. The workers at vacation time were more responsive to any pre-stay questions than any other company I have ever rented from. We will definitely be back.

Perfect!
This unit was spotless, super beachy and had everything (and more) we needed! Our family had a blast having dinner on the deck overlooking the peaceful lagoon, hanging out at the pool steps from the front door, or taking a super short walk to the beach! WILL BE BACK-3087 is fantastic!

We loved our stay at Sea Scapes 3087! Perfect location to the beach and a short walk to Coligny, very peaceful unit. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. The beach wagon was a lifesaver to haul chairs. We will be returning next year. Thank you to Vacation Time of Hilton Head staff, we love you all and you helped make our stay memorable. :)

Delightful Trip!
3087 beach villa is lovely! Super clean. Well-stocked kitchen and tons of extras (books, movies,board games). Comfortable beds. Beautiful lagoon views off 3rd level master deck, 2nd floor bedroom and also from large new deck off living room with a new grill. The pool is literally around corner and beach is a short walk across street. Beach wagon and some toys also furnished. Mgmt Company so nice. 5-stars!

Exceeded expectations!
Exceeded expectations with ease of check-in, location, and super fun/beachy (spotless) condo. Had everything and more that we needed. Easy walk to beach and restaurants. 100% recommend this condo!

Lovely!
Loved our trip! This rental was very clean and in great shape with beachy decor and well-stocked kitchen. Patio overlooks lagoon- we enjoyed the new deck and cooking on a new grill. Very convenient to beach (just across the street), but in a quiet area around corner from pool. Will definitely book again!

Exceptional!
Our family had a great stay in this fun, beachy condo! Clean and had a ton of extras which made cooking and/or going to the beach easy and enjoyable. Great decor, comfy beds, good shower water pressure, plenty of seating indoors/outdoors. Great location and a short walk to the beach and Coligny...literally, perrrrrrrrrrfect.

Amazing stay- well-furnished condo!
Our vacation was a great stay at this condo and it is very well furnished! The walk to the beach was pleasant and we enjoyed the scenery. We also got some good use of the pool, which was well taken care of. Had an amazing stay in this condo and at HHI!!

Beautiful, spacious condo with Stunning View!
This condo is beautiful and spacious with a stunning view, especially the third floor balcony. We enjoyed seeing all of the turtles and baby alligator. The location is just a short walk (or bike) away from coligny and the beach. Our entire family had a PERFECT vacation and are already excited to come back to this condo...see you soon!

This was our first visit to HHI and we were unfamiliar with the communities so chose this place based on availability.

The unit is walkable to the beach (10 minutes) which was a real plus. The owners provided a cart to carry all beach items which was very nice. The unit also had two pools on site but the mosquitoes made it almost impossible to enjoy them. We also did not sit out on the deck due to the heat and mosquitoes but during the spring and fall I’m sure it would be lovely.

The unit itself is spacious and the beds were very comfortable. As it is three levels, there are a lot of stairs to climb and the top level (master bedroom) was always warmer than the lower levels. We ran two fans (floor and ceiling) and slept comfortably.

Overall, the unit kitchen needs a refresh. The toaster, frig and dishwasher all worked but had cracks and we couldn’t get the ice maker to work which was fine since we bought a bag of ice. Along with the stove, they should be replaced.

Tvs all worked great and table for 6 in dining area was perfect size. The sofa has seen better days and was covered with a slipcover. Bedrooms were spacious and baths while dated, worked fine. We found the drapes cumbersome; the blinds were much better.

The location was good. Easy to walk, bike or drive to local eating spots, groceries and other beaches. We were surprised we had to pay to drive to see the lighthouse but that was the only surprise. We enjoyed delicious food, beaches, Celebration playground and shops during the week. A nice visit.

3087 Seascape Villas was very clean when we arrived. The unit had everything we needed. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us and made my daughters high school graduation trip memorable. It was a close walk to the beach and the pool was just around the corner. We loved the beach chairs, wagon, and shovels for the beach as an added bonus.

Relaxing!
Had a fantastic and relaxing getaway here! Very easy access to restaurants and beach- walked pretty much everywhere. Place was cleaned meticously (particularly with covid) and villa extremely comfortable, decorated nicely and had more extras than any place we've stayed. Will 100% be back!

Adorable, Clean and Proximity
This was our second visit to this particular unit in Seascape and LOVE it! The decor is super beachy and the unit is spotless. Beds are so comfy and waking up and having coffee to that lagoon view is very relaxing! This unit has tons of extras from cookware to waffle maker, blender, single/large pot coffee makers, portable starbucks cups, koozies, board games/coloring books for the kids, beach stuff...our FAVORITE Seascape villa!!! The location is quiet and an easy 5 minute walk to beach, or super easy bike ride. Easy check-in and really nice management team. Great vacay!

We stayed in this condo over Labor Day weekend and loved it! It is spacious, clean and furnished very nicely. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The condo is in the back of the complex but we walked a path through the buildings that went by the ponds and over some bridges and found it to be a very pleasant walk to the beach.(about 5 min) The only thing that might cause us not to stay here again is the fact that is was very warm in the condo for a full day and hot in the third floor bedroom which is the master. It took the thermostat 24 hrs to move from 78 to 70. After that the condo was comfortable for the rest of our stay. My suggestion to the rental company and or owner would be to turn the air on the night before new guests are to arrive. This would help the condo cool down faster. If that could be done then I would highly recommend this place.
