We had a wonderful time! There were plenty of beds. It was a "little dated" but was perfect for our needs.

There are alot of steps because it has 3 stories and it is not for handicap or elderly people with mobility issues. Even the entrance has 3 steps to get to the ground floor. We loved biking everywhere. The swimming pools were nice. It also has close beach access.

We really enjoyed our stay here! This townhouse is in a very peaceful setting with a beautiful view of the lagoon and fountains. The decor is nice and the furniture was comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need EXCEPT for an ice cream scooper and pizza cutter! Please get those for the next guests.
Be aware that you will be going up and down stairs a LOT, especially if you're staying in the master. We didn't mind but it would not be suitable for elderly or anyone with mobility issues.
The 3rd floor bedroom can be kind of warm- the AC has a harder time getting up there. Luckily there were fans in 2 of the bedroom closets. We definitely needed them.
The pools are a very short walk and the beach only 10 minutes walk. We would absolutely stay here again!
My only feedback for Vacation Time- it was a very hot day when we arrived and the thermostat was set to 76- it took a long long time to cool the place off.
Also, we had to figure out the beach access through trial and error. VT should give more specific directions on how to find the path to the beach and the cabana for use. Also, the cabana has one small spigot for washing feet with a long line to use it- it would be great if they could install a second one and maybe add a shower.

Great location! We loved the short walk to the beach. The 3 levels worked so well for our family. My husband and I enjoyed having the top floor all to ourselves including a balcony which was a great place to enjoy our morning coffee while enjoying the beautiful scenery. The kitchen while very well stocked was extremely small. The unit was clean when we arrived but we were very disappointed to discover almost every dish was dirty. The good trap in the dishwasher had not been cleaned leaving dried food over every dish, cup, bowl, mug. Yuck! Aside from that we enjoyed the stay & found the location perfect. Feeding the turtles from the deck was a fun highlight.

My family and I had a great time at Seascape Villa 3245. It was a beautiful place in a perfect location. Easy walk to the beach and shops. Perfect area for biking as well. The villa was very clean and Vacation Time of Hilton Head was excellent to work with as well. We look forward to going back soon.

Our family of 7 pleased with the condo! It was very clean and well-located (approx. 10 minute walk along a dedicated path to the beach). The kitchen was well-equipped and everything appeared as in the pictures. Beach chairs and umbrella were also very welcome!

We stayed with 2 other couples so we were happy to find a 3 bedroom unit. All bedrooms were a good size, especially the master which had its own balcony. The living and dining room size fit our group really well and we loved the deck which overlooked the pond with turtles and alligators. The kitchen was tight but was very well stocked with the dishes and appliances we needed since we cooked almost all meals. The unit was a bit outdated but the space and location close to the beach aamade up for that. We wished there was a main floor powder room. Overall we liked that the unit had everything we needed. We booked pickleball times at the HH beach and tennis resort for $20/hour and was a 10 minutes drive away.

The condo was conveniently located to the beach and Coligny Park. It was spacious, very clean, beautifully decorated and has all the conveniences of home. The lagoon in back was another plus! Both pools just a very short walk! Couldn’t have been happier.

We had such a wonderful stay! Such a lovely condo, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. Perfect location - close to shopping, restaurants, and the beach! Definitely recommend and will hopefully be staying again in the future!

Our party included 4 adults and 3 teens. We appreciated the set-up in the bedrooms (bed sizes) and they were perfect for us. It was really nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. We enjoyed being able to walk or ride our bicycles to the beach. Check-in was easy and everyone was pleasant.

From easy check-in to easy departure, a great place to stay. Very comfy beds, very clean property inside and out. Well-stocked kitchen but bring your own ziploc bags for leftovers. Loved the beach extras (chairs, umbrellas). Easy walk to water and bike rentals and short drive to shopping and dining. Our family of 5 would definitely stay here again!

We had a good stay at this property. The location of being close to the beach and biking/walking distance from coligny plaza worked out for our group that included a couple teenagers. We appreciated all the beach supplies and outdoor games that were available for us to use. The 2 couches were really helpful too!

Everything was accurate as described. The villa was clean and well stocked. Customer service was very helpful before and during our visit. Beach access was about a 5 minute walk.

Great vacation!
Location, location, location! Short walk to the beach, a walk or bike ride to restaurants, boutiques and grocery store. Super helpful owners who were always quick to respond. Great size bedrooms, especially the master bedroom with private deck. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need, linens and towels were in every bedroom, and the living room/dining room combination has a super homey feel. It was a perfect way to end our busy days in the heart of downtown Hilton Head!
