Beachwood Place 2G

Our recent stay was wonderful! The check-in process was quick, thorough, and very helpful. This unit has a beautiful ocean view from the balcony and the master bedroom. A very short walk puts you right on the beach. The parking lot is gated as well as the walkway from the beach. The unit was clean and is conveniently located within walking distance to Coligny Circle. I would definitely recommend this unit for rental.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The only thing that I would say was disappointing was the master bath was so tiny. Everything else was fine. Also appreciate the beach chairs left in the closet for use.

Very nice condo. Wonderful view. Really enjoyed the porch. Plenty of room for a family of four. Would come here again. The management was very friendly and attentive to every communication.

I took my two children and their SO. We had plenty of room for the five of us. The beach access was so close and I loved being able to sit on the balcony and see the ocean. When the access code was changed and not working properly, (people were stuck outside the property and inside), one phone call and it was immediately handled without any problems. I will be renting this unit again!

Perfect view to relax and unwind - living room furniture a little outdated but looking out the sliding door at the view reminds you of the reason you are there to de-stress and relax. Great place for family so to close shops, restaurants and the beach

The location and views were great. Nice balcony:) It had everything we needed- though the ‘master bath’ was really small with tiny corner shower. Our check-in was delayed about 45 minutes due to cleaning crew but it was nice & clean when we got in and the staff was nice. The office hours are brief for check-in and out (like 8:30-10 am) but it was just a few blocks from Beachwood, which was convenient.

Great experience with mom (91) and sister. Suggest giving renters more info at check-in (flyer or where to find info) regarding rules, wi-fi password etc. as we did not find the info we needed for a couple of days.

We've stayed at this unit twice now, and it's the perfect mix of private & "in the middle of it all." We can ride bikes or walk to the many shops and restaurants around the Coligny circle, but at our building the feel is private and secluded. The building is small, so the pool is never crowded. Access to the beach is easy and quick. The only negative to me is the tiny shower in one of the bathrooms (so I just don't use that one). We would definitely come back for a third visit.

This Condo is in a smaller quieter complex just outside of Coligny Circle and within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants and entertainment. It has a beautiful view of the pool and the Ocean. The inside is clean but getting quite dated. the furnishings could use an update. We don 't spin much time indoors so it served us quite well.

I had a great time in HHI this year even though it was toned down by the virus. But the beach is always outside the door here. Sit on the balcony and enjoy. VTHI always helpful in resolving problems.

This condo is in the best location with an amazing view of the ocean. We have stayed in this building before and will return in the future. This unit was great and suited our needs just fine. My only issue was all the carpet. Not really idea for a beach property as it doesn’t get as clean as it should. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family and can’t wait to return to this beautiful island.

We had a great week at Beachwood Place (2 adults and 1 child, age 6). This unit has a great view of the pool and beach. Because the building is small, the pool was never crowded (this was a main reason we chose Beachwood Place over nearby larger buildings). We rented bikes and rode them daily to Coligny Plaza and the surrounding area for meals and shopping. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful time staying here for the ninth year. It is my March home, clean, comfortable, and convenient. Vacation Time of HiltonHead is a pleasure to work with. Anything I have ever asked for was done quickly. The only request they couldn’t do is arrange warmer weather. I look forward to next year.

Great location on HHI. Beach was beautiful. Great view of pool and ocean from this 2nd floor unit. Within walking distance to shops and restaurants at coligny plaza. Very happy with our rental. Only thing that could be improved is updating furniture in unit, old and kinda dingy. Condo was very clean also upon arrival. Would come back again!!

Great. We had TV issues, and heating/air system issues during stay. They were resolved for the most part, although we never understood how heating/air system worked. Clean condo, nicely appointed, great view, parking a little weird, parking area had a big dirty puddle right near the entrance ramp.

I love this location. The pictures of the condo are old. The furniture, carpet, etc. are much more worn than appears in the picture. If an internal upgrade was done this place would be perfect!

The condo was clean beautiful views and nothing less than spectacular. HOMEAWAY on the other hand are crooks they charged us 142.00 to do nothing I highly suggest you book directly through vacation time they were kind and incredibly helpful. Vacation times direct number is. Like I said def. book this condo it is well worth the money. But do not use homeaway

We love this property. Its right on the beach and pool usually is not crowded. The only problem is the master bedroom mattress and the pull out couch mattress need to be replaced. Otherwise it would 5 stars!

Overall, a great experience. Check in process was smooth and easy. Apartment was clean, location was perfect and it has a beautiful view from living room. Checkout was quick and easy. A friend left her wallet during checkout recovered wallet next day with no issues. I highly recommend.

The location of this property was excellent! Right next to Coligny, the Tiki hut, on the beach, etc. The condo was a bit musty when we arrived, but we got used to it.
If you are looking only for a modern place with posh accomodations, this one isn't it. If you are looking for a decent place at a good rate with a fantastic location - this is a good one for you.
I would probably stay again based on the location but I would look at other alternatives too.

Great view, small building with easy access to unit, beach, and shopping. Pool was in poor condition. Outdated unit with minor upgrades. No internet or laundry in unit which was BIG problem. Old kitchen cabinets had terrible odor. Beds were very uncomfortable. Carpet was clean and new looking. Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Master bathroom shower in poor condition but counters and faucets seem new. Unit was tiny but worked okay for 5 people. Large flat screen TV in living room & 1 small flat screen in master but none in twin room.

We spent a week of pure fun and relaxation at Beachwood Place and it was the perfect location. Close to everything yet secluded and gated for security. The beach was not crowded directly in front and our privacy was wonderful. Truly a great place and a great vacation!

The condo was perfect. Just a boardwalk away from the beach. We traveled with 3 children. Plenty to do. Lots of shopping and familiar restuarants. Bike rentals just across the street from the condo. Great for a family with children.

We have not stayed at Beachwood Place (used to be A Place at The Beach) in many years and we were very pleased with the renovation of the property. The location is wonderful - the condo size is great for a small family - we enjoyed the fact that this a
small complex - very relaxing. We hated to leave and can't wait to come back again. The condo had everything we needed for a wonderful weekend with family.

It looked like the baseboard in the master bathroom had not been cleaned for a while. The deck flooring and chairs had not been cleaned at all. We had to clean those areas before we could use it. Other than that, a very nice condo, great location, great view, and very quiet!
