The furnace filter at the above address needs changed as it is completely
Clogged. The glass on the sliding glass door is very fogged as seal is broken

Condo at Carolina Beach Club was perfect for our needs. Needed a one bedroom condo to accommodate other members of our family since we were using our week at the Ocean Oaks Hilton Grand Vacation. The unit was fine for two people. Showing it's age a bit but was clean and served the purpose since it was so close to our unit and they had full access to the pool and other amenities of the Ocean Oaks. Easy check in and check out. Very good experience.

We had an amazing week on HHI! Our rental was just as described and definitely cozy, but the location, access and pool could not be beat! The room and other facilities were clean and welcoming. My older daughter loved winning a dance contest at the pool and my youngest was able to independently play in the zero entry pool!Our whole family had a relaxing fun week and can't wait to go back!

This review starts and ends with location! We loved the location of the rental - quick access to the beach, heated pool & hot tub and just a short walk to Coligny Square. The only downside of this rental is that it was quite small for our family. We knew from the pictures and description going in that it might be a little cozy...and it was. There also was no Keurig coffee pods provided - we had to go to the store for those. Other than that, we loved this place. Parking was also super convenient. The place was clean and came with plenty of towels, etc. I would recommend for a couple's getaway, but it is a bit small for a family.

For many Canadians - a break from winter is very important. Hilton Head Island is a perfect with it's beautiful ocean and beaches. Vacation Times has been our gateway to happiness there. The staff is first rate and accommodating. We have used two locations through the years: Ocean Dunes and Carolina Beach Club and couldn't be happier with the customer service. Units are updated, clean and well-maintained. Amenities are at your door step. Rental bikes just across the street. We loved the access to Coligny plaza and restaurants there. So happy that after a year off because of Covid we could return for a very satisfying month long visit.

Our family spent a week in this unit and it was perfect for our family of five (kids ages 8, 6, and 2). Our two year old was able to navigate the lower bunk alone and the couch and upper bed worked well for the other two. Great location for accessing the beach, the walk was less than five minutes for our crew. Our family loved the amenities of the resort that were available, especially the pool and restaurant/bar next to it. The condo was a perfect set up for our group

Booked this condo at last minute for part of July 4th week for myself, my husband, and grown daughter and checked in late. Great location, parking aggravating because of construction on site, but that will work out when construction is completed. Close to Coligny, the beach, and a nice pool. Smaller than. I would want for an extended stay for three adults (1 bathroom), but perfect for a couple of days.

Great setup and location. Elevator went out 4X throughout the week so made it difficult on carrying the infant and car seat/stroller up steps.

Unit was very clean and convenient to Coligny area and a 2min walk to beach. Loved the pool area. Only issue was the refrig was an off brand and very noisy.

Our stay was fantastic! The unit was in a great location and provided everything we needed. It is nicely decorated and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. The pool was PERFECT with a restaurant, bar and the beach just steps away. Coligny shopping and grocery stores all conveniently located. This was a wonderful place to stay and we hope to come back next year.

What a wonderful way to spend our 35th anniversary! Condo was colorful and welcoming. Balcony provided quiet time and a view of the ocean. Pool, beach, restaurants, and shopping within walking distance. Perfect for a couple or family with small children.
