Coligny Villa 1

This condo is in a great location, very close to shopping area ( Coligny plaza, resurants, bars). Most important.... only 1500 steps to the Beach. The condo is extremely clean and well taken care of.
Please note: NO beach chairs or beach towels are provided.
I have already booked again for next Spring

The condo is small in footprint but has all the things we needed for vacation. We could easily walk to the grocery store, restaurants, and the beach. The pool was convenient but not so close the noise was overwhelming. Great place!

Excellent experience really enjoyed Hilton Head, great location to walk to Beach, Restaurants / Bars enjoyed the biking trails .Will be a return customer next year.

Very nice, clean villa. It is in a great location, close to Coligny Plaza. Everything was within walking distance for us. The villa was very homey, too.

We love our villa so much. It was clean with lots of extras for our use. We were very excited about the beach things that were there. The location was great in the complex and overall in distance to everything. Just a block away from shopping and restaurants and shopping at Coligny Plaza. The on-site pool was nice and well-maintained. Also close to our villa. We used the gas grill on our patio which required attention. Management came right over and got us up and running for cooking out that same night. We would definitely recommend Coligny Villa 1 and hope to return.

The condo was really nice, updated and had everything we needed. The location was fantastic with a short walk to the beach and right next to Coligny Plaza with shops and restaurants. We never had to drive anywhere.

We stayed in this villa for a week and it met every expectation we had. The management company was easy to communicate with, the villa was clean upon arrival, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen and bathrooms were updated, the patio was private, the pool was warm and a 1 min walk from the villa, the beach was a 6 min walk away, and the location is perfect. You are a 5 min walk from anything you may need including the grocery store, restaurants, shops, etc. Would 10/10 recommend this villa to anyone considering it.

After our reservation was cancelled through another host/rental company at the last minute we were really panicked to find a new spot. This became available and ended up being perfect location for us and convenient/short walk to the beach! The villa was recently renovated and very clean. The host was helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back given the chance. Wish we could have stayed longer.

It was a nice villa, easy to find that was within walking distance to the beach, took about 10 minutes to walk. Was close to shops and grocery store. No complaints, was clean and had supplies stocked.

Perfect location about 2 blocked off the beach. Less expensive than being right on the beach, especially since beachfront is fairly limited at HHI. Cant wait to go to this same spot again ASAP.
