Courtside Villa 42

Close to beach, tennis and pickle ball!
We love this condo so much with the access to the public beach and public (free) tennis/pickleball courts all within easy walking distance! So many comfortable details are included in this really lovely rental.

We absolutely loved our stay in Courtside 42. The beach is an easy bike ride/walk from the condo and the pool is close by. We love that Coligny is also an easy bike ride so there are lots of restaurant and shopping options. The condo was spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated. The staff at Vacation Time was responsive kind and friendly. I would give this condo a 10 out of 10 and would definitely consider staying here again.

Our stay at the property was wonderful. The unit was very clean and the although the property is not new, it is very well maintained. The complex is very close to Coligny Plaza with many shops, restaurants and activities as well as easy access to the beach. Customer service was great and all our questions were addressed quickly. One of the things we really liked about the complex is that is slightly off the main road so it is centrally located but still very quiet. Lovely place and we would stay there again!

Every detail about this condo is pure perfection. The details that went into the design and comfort do not go unnoticed. This may be the one vacation rental I’ve ever missed staying in after leaving. I hope to stay here again and would recommend this unit to anyone!

This was our second year in this unit and we couldn’t be happier with it. The condo is gorgeous inside and so comfortable. We had a minor issue with the AC but it was resolved so quickly that we didn’t even remember it a couple of days later. I do wish the second bedroom had two beds Instead of just one - a vacation rental with two king sized beds seems a little odd. My kids are almost too old to share a bed, so two beds would be better, but we make it work. Also, please consider make the front door lock a digital keypad instead of an actual key. It’s such a pain to remember who has the key when we’re all going in different directions for the day. Otherwise, love this condo! Surely the best in Courtside!

The house was very clean and well updated. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Beautiful furnishings made this house comfortable for hanging out and spending time together. Within walking distance to the beach which was an extra perk!

The condo is absolutely beautiful, very well maintained, and perfectly equipped. The king beds are super comfortable, the AC, heat and fans worked well, the washer/dryer is newer, and the kitchen was great. One point to mention which is beyond the owner's control is that the complex itself has older windows/doors and thinner walls so there was occasionally noise and odors (faint cigarette smoke) from the neighboring condo or the tennis lessons outside. This was primarily on the main floor and we had no noise issues that disturbed our sleep upstairs -- and we were there for a month. Just a beautiful condo and the softest carpet upstairs in the bedrooms. The beach and Coligny Plaza are short walks away. I would recommend this condo to anyone!

Amazing, booking again this Spring!
They thought of everything, right down to the smallest amenities like USB ports everywhere. Top quality appliances, furniture, bedding, linens & accessories. Loved the quick walk and bike rides to the ocean & downtown where all the action is... cutest little shops, nicest people & the best eateries! So much to do within a short drive too, from Sea Pines to Harbor Side & beautiful bike paths (off the road) all over the island! Already planning our next stay here! 5 star all the way! ?

This was the perfect condo for our family of 3. We spent 5 nights. It has been recently remodeled and the owners left no details undone. The kitchen had anything you could need - including a great pantry for storage. The beds were comfortable. The decor was super cute. We enjoyed the inside of the condo a ton. We had a bit of an issue with internet however the rental company and owner worked hard to get this resolved as quick as possible m. We would absolutely stay here again.

This condo has been remodeled with amazing taste! Everything is pristine and super clean, too. When we weren’t enjoying our time in the condo, our family of 4 was able to walk to the beach, dinner, and shopping. This was the perfect 4 day vacation! We can’t wait to come back and stay longer!! Next time we’ll be renting bikes and bringing tennis rackets.

This is our 6th visit to HHI and we have stayed in this complex every year (as have our extended family), and this unit was BY FAR the most comfortable, beautiful condo we have seen in Courtside Villas. It's just gorgeous. Everything is thought of - the kitchen is so well stocked, the bedrooms are cozy, the furniture is beautiful. We were blown away! Between the condos we've rented and the ones our family has rented, we've seen at least 8 units, and none that we've seen compare to this one. The bathrooms are so well done...everything is just gorgeous. I do wish they'd have a keypad lock on the front door so we didn't have to mess with a key, but otherwise, we had zero complaints the entire time we were there. Can't wait to stay there again!

Spectacular Townhouse!
This townhouse was the perfect choice for our Hilton Head vacation! It is newly renovated allowing for an open concept between the kitchen, dining room and living room. The living area felt like home - bright, comfortable and roomy. The townhouse is impeccably furnished (I got some decorating ideas for my own home)! So much thought went into the furnishing and decorating of this townhouse – down to the quality of the furniture, pillows, bedding, availability of USB ports, puzzles and games. The bathrooms are large and modern, with beautiful tile and lighting. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything that anyone could possibly need! The appliances are top of the line (the dishwasher was so quiet we forgot it was running)! Each bedroom has a king-sized bed (which we hadn't found in our other HH vacation rentals stays). The location provides for a very short walk to the beach and the Coligny Plaza shopping center. This townhouse is on the trolley route, which is a great benefit in getting around HH. Comfortable and beautiful. The recent renovations are truly innovative, letting a lot of extra light into the main living area and the owner has really thought of everything. From amazingly comfortable beds to every kitchen gadget you might need, every detail has been thought of. We loved having such handy access to TWO pools and the tennis courts are just outside the window. What a wonderful and relaxing way to spend our time at HHI. Coligney is a 10 minute walk down the street which is so handy for our teens.

Absoutely Stunning
I have rented many houses while traveling in the US and abroad. This townhouse has absolutely been one of the best. It's beautifully decorated, everything is brand new and the beds are very comfortable. The owners paid great attention to detail with high end furnishings including very nice duvet's and not just comforters which I love a good duvet. The kitchen has kitchen aid appliances and cuisinart small appliances plus a very nice washer and dryer. Each bedroom has its own en suite bathroom which is nice especially for couples. Each bedroom also has ceiling fans and extra fans in the closets. This is a plus especially when people need white noise to sleep. What I also noticed around the townhouse that I am always wishing for is the abundance of outlets and USB ports. There are many downstairs and upstairs in each bedroom, even the alarm clocks have USB ports. The community pool is very nice and just steps from the townhouse. This is also a short walk to the beach and the trolley a very short walk as well. All the TV's are smart and it has high speed wifi as well. This townhouse is stunning and very comfortable down to the throw blankets. I will be staying again and mentioning it to all of friends.
