This unit was very comfortable, nicely decorated and in good condition. We received very responsive service from management company when we reported a minor problem with the lighting. Someone came to fix it very quickly.

Great little place near the beach. Clean with everything there that we needed to enjoy our sons wedding weekend. I would recommend this place to anybody that needs a little relaxation.

Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a last minute weekend booking. The beach is in walking distance. The place was clean. We arrived there after-hours, but the check-in process was quick and easy.

The only issue was that the cable and wi-fi were not working/set up. It wasn't that big of a deal for us since we were there only for a weekend and the weather was nice the whole time. Cell service was not the best so wi-fi would have been nice to look up things to do in the evening. Or if it was raining we would have been bored out of our minds.

Overall we had a great stay, but for us to stay again I would want the sliding door fixed so my child can not open it so easily. Not to mention it is a safety concern that someone could just walk in. Like I said I would stay again and would give 5 stars across if that was fixed. Great location and very clean.

We found the condo to be as picturges showed. It was spacious and comfortable.The location was perfect for walking which is something my husband and I enjoyed immensely. Property was clean and didn’t have a lot of clutter. (Knickknacks etc.) Kitchen was well stocked. The managers were extremely helpful and they went out of their way to help us. (Especially Michael)

Vacation Time of Hilton Head was very accommodating from beginning to end. The dishwasher & hot water in master bath shower was not working properly & VTHH office was very helpful & repair man was nice & fixed issues. As w/other reviews there is a mildew odor but not a big deal. Similar odor outside so not a deal breaker at all. Very clean & in good repair. We would stay again without question. Dryer is very loud/squeaky & sliding door lock is questionable, needs fixed or a security bar or stick would be nice. Overall this condo was great.

This unit was great.

Positives

- Unit was as described
- Location was excellent (close to beach and Coligny). We drove to beach, though. It is a litter too far to hike with beach supplies and kids (in JULY!).
- Unit was clean
- The pool in the complex was excellent and never crowded (even during the week of July 4th).
- Excellent air, utilities, and TVs
- Cable and internet worked great
- Comfortable beds and linens
- Easy parking
- GREAT PRICE!

A few minor negatives

- the water pressure in the master shower was extremely poor
- the master bathroom is small and has no ventilation (from the photo, it is hard to see how small it is)
- the kitchen sink's drain was slow
- the dryer is a little squeaky

I would certainly recommend this unit. I plan to stay here again in the future.

Very nice location. Super clean. Still a bit of a funky odor whenever housr closed up, but quickly disipated. Comfy beds. Lots of hot water and modern, updated fixtures throughout the home.

Very clean and neat. Great quiet location with easy access to the beach. Excellent kitchen, tv and wifi.
We will stay here again. I will agree, though, with a previous review - there is a musty smell, but not too obtrusive.

The overall experience was good. The unit did have a stuffy smell that persisted and that I would assume could be remedied with opening the windows or use of a "plug in " type air freshener. All of the amenities were as advertised. The unit did not have wireless internet and that would be a great upgrade if added.

Thank you for your review. We will look into the "stuffy smell". This particular villa does offer wifi and will make sure the internet information is provided in the villa.
