Hilton Head Beach Villa 19

We had the best stay at this villa. The office staff were super kind and check in was easy. We had everything we needed and then some while there. The pool was beautiful. Villa was extremely clean. Close to everything and we could’ve stayed the entire week without a car. Can’t wait to visit again!

We had an excellent experience with our rental accommodations. This was our first experience with renting this type of property and platform. The property management company was very helpful and very friendly. The property at Hilton Head Beach Villas was great and had everything needed to accommodate our family of 6. We really enjoyed the property amenities and location. Being just steps from the beach was great. We will definitely stay here any time we return to Hilton Head Island.

Property was very clean upon arrival. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, Tupperware, blender. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The short walk to the beach made it easy to go to and from the beach multiple times through the day. The grounds are very pretty and well maintained. Coffee on the porch in the morning included lots of bird watching. The new swimming pool is beautiful and it was cleaned almost every day. The pool area does get very warm as there is no shade or umbrellas. The location was walkable to the Tiki Hut and Coligny.

This was the most wonderful place to stay! We've been renting at HHI for over 25 years and this is the best place we have ever stayed! FULLY STOCKED kitchen which is unheard of in HHI because everyone assumes you go out every night. Well we do not and we appreciated having everything we needed. The unit was very nice and updated, the location couldn't be better, and there was tons of room. The unit was spotless and had lots of starter products. The management company, Vacation Time, was spectacular! They go above and beyond! I simply cannot say enough about this company and their caring attitude. We will definitely be back to this property and will look no further than Vacation Time properties in the future. Loved the rental, Loved the management company!!!

Really no complaints. The sink stopped draining but they sent someone immediately to fix... things like that happen sometimes but they could not have acted faster to fix it. As far as walk you can’t really get any closer. Also great view from balcony straight at the ocean

Had a wonderful Time staying at this place. Ideal for our two growing children as they each had their own rooms and an extra lounge area for them to chill.
Great location-beachside for walks, bike hire across the road and quite a few shops, restaurants and a lovely coffee shop within 7-8 minutes walking distance. Highly recommend it!!

We were happy to have found this condo on such short notice! The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms lend themselves nicely to a family with children or for several couples. The condo was well stocked with startup items, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning for our coffee and a sneak peek at the ocean. The beach was a short 3 minute walk. We appreciated being able to hose off our items at the condo after a day at the beach. We would certainly stay here again.

This is our second year staying at Hilton Head Villa #19, and we look forward to 2021. This location is perfect for beach time, pool time, and a quick walk to Coligny for ice cream, shopping and dining! Fun for all our family. The condo is in great condition, very clean, and well kept. There are 2 beach chairs available and now a boogie board to be used by future guests. The entire complex is quiet, and well maintained.

We have stayed in several of the units at HH Beach Villa's and Villa #19 was in the top 2 or 3 of all the units we have stayed at. Wonderfully decorated as all of the units are laid off the same floor plan. Wonderful time and we had a fabulous vacations. Thank You

During the Covid pandemic, we were looking for a place that had its own enterance, pool and easy beach access. This place was it. The villa had three floors, three bedrooms, and three bathrooms. perfect for a family of four. exceptionally clean, and had every modern amenity you would need. the best part was that it was a very small villa development so the pool was never packed. We could watch the kids play in the pool from our second floor deck. it had two balconies. One off the master bedroom small and facing the parking lot, and another facing the pool and common quad area. The one off the living room was long and plenty of space for seating and eating. The kitchen was modern and the furniture as well. It would be a short two minute walk to the beach using a private entrance through the property. The beach was big and really nice. You are near plenty of restaurants either by walking or bike. Most places deliver so getting food was easy. Bike rentals deliver directly to the villa as well. we wish we stayed longer.

Photos are accurate, beds were comfortable, unit was very clean, wifi was strong and the kitchen well equipped with nice stuff. Although not listed, there were 3 beach chairs at the unit (outside storage near garbage cans).

Really good stay again in Hilton Head.
Management company Excellent. Property very well equipped and comfortable.
Disappointed with new monthly rental policy for winter months.I have for 15 years escaped winter for the months of Feb.and Mar.The policy is now that property in Mar. must be vacated by the 3rd. Sat. of Mar. This shortens the stay when the best weather is happening!

My entire family including grandchildren have been going to the beach Villas for 25 years. By far, this was the best acommodations. The owners left no stone unturned. The decor is beautiful and well planned. The location (with ocean view and quick access to ocean frontage is just blocks to Coligney Plaza where the family has always loved, providing ice cream, music, food, shops, and treasures galore. Great all around for a week full of memories.

Overall a good property with great location, beach and shopping. A few small issues - sleeper sofa mattress can not accommodate adults - it is about 3 inches thick and very springy - maybe for a child. Front bedrooms face street, and terrific noise at night is very loud. Property management very easy to work with and solved an AC problem quickly. The pool and beach were great, with chairs, umbrella, and boogie boards included. A short walk to Collings Plaza for shopping and fun. The furniture and decor were very nice and updated. The other beds were great and a very pleasant environment for a family. Overall it was worth the cost and location.

The team at Vacation Time were not just good, they were great!! Christine was awesome and I am not using them for my trips to Hilton Head. The condo was in perfect shape, great location and spotless. Five Star experience across the board.
