Great place to rent. This is our second time to rent this condo. We love the place. The pool was just enlarged and our grandson enjoyed every minute. Everything was clean, new appliances. Bedroom very roomy and beds are comfortable

Had a great vacation this is our favorite complex on the Island. Vacation Time is wonderful to work with check in and check out was simple and unit was even ready a little early the day we arrived. We love complex, the new pool is amazing, distance to beach is perfect and kids enjoyed the wide open green space to play ball. Unit could use some updating. Kitchen had the basics needed.

We stay here every year for a beach vacation. It is in a perfect location for enjoying restaurants, shops, beach sitting, everything. Beach is very close to condo, very short walk. Great green space for kids to run around and play. Condo is roomy providing space for entire family to either be together or enjoy some quiet alone time. Great biking location. Cannot say anything negative about our stay except we were not able to stay longer. It is always difficult to leave.

Hilton Head Villa is our favorite family place to stay at the beach! We have stayed in this villa five times as the owners are absolutely wonderful!!! Outside the unit in the courtyard kids can play on the lush green grass. Walk right out to the beach or play in the pool. The three levels of the villa makes it perfect to divide up family for more peace! The living area with kitchen and dining table is the middle level, downstairs is another living area with a pull out couch and a bedroom (bunk beds and single bed) and full bath. The top level has two bedrooms (both with king size beds) and two full baths! Just perfect! A dream family vacation! Don't miss this chance to make wonderful fun memories!

A wonderful stay in a villa that was close to the beach, Coligny Plaza, playground, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. We brought our bikes and used the great network of bike paths to bike pretty well everywhere! We rarely had to use our vehicle. The villa had everything we could possibly require during our stay. The property management staff were friendly, responsive and very helpful. We definitely look forward to returning.

Family Friendly!!! Location was perfect! Easy to get to the beach. Close walk into town to Coligny plaza. Plenty of parking, felt safe with the kids able to walk around the complex. Property was well maintained. We are looking forward to coming back and staying with Vacation Time of Hilton Head. I would highly recommend anyone staying here!

We were very pleased with our accommodations on Hilton Head Island. This condo is always so very comfortable. It is close to the beach, very nice short walk. We have stayed in this complex for several years, and this specific unit for 5 years. It is an outstanding location for beach, biking, shopping and dining. Hoping for another year in 2023.

Along with children and spouses, we had a we had a wonderful two weeks at HHI. Great beach time as well as reading/visiting time in the villa when it rained. It is perfect for visiting, day naps, and enjoying delicious meals and time together.

This is the 5th time we have stayed at Hilton Head Beach Villa #27 and just love it! Perfect for our family with the kids on the lower level and adults up top! Short walk to the beach, pool and lovely courtyard area. NOT a big high rise, personal and quiet! Our once a year retreat - looking forward to next year!

We love the Hilton Head Beach Villas complex. Incredible private access to the beach (short two minute walk); and to the shops/restaurants at Coligny. Villa 27 is well equipped and does the trick for a weekly get-away.

This property is a great place to relax and unwind. A large grassy courtyard for kids to play and steps to the beach. A short walk to shops and restaurants. Property owner is extremely friendly and easy to work with. The property management was easy to reach. We had a small issue with the AC unit and they had but fixed that day. Our overall experience was fabulous and we will be going back.

There are 30 Villas on this property, so it is not crowded. The Villa was clean and had all the kitchen tools needed. Ocean view. Beach walk each day. The beach is private for the HH Beach Villas. Went last year for two months and this year stayed for four months. Will book again and highly recommend.

This was our 4th year back at Hilton Head Beach Villas...2nd year in a row at #27! We absolutely LOVE our time here! It is the one vacation we take a year with the family, kids and grandkids and we all have SO much fun! Biking the beach, swimming in the ocean and pool and so close to everything! It is the ultimate family beach experience. Plus, the 3 floors really help...grandkids on the bottom floor and adults on the top floor bedrooms! The villa is clean and comfortable...not fancy but perfect for family beach time! Don't tell too many people...we want to go back each year and need this place! :)

We stayed two months and were happy with the condo and location. There are supermarkets and a drugstore nearby. We felt very secure in this gated complex that had direct access to the beach. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend this lovely condo.

Renee, the owner, was exceptionally helpful and wonderful to work with! Her place is centrally located and all you need is your bikes for the week and flip
flops to get around. Our grandchildren love chasing the rabbits on the lawn, swimming in the pool and playing in the tidal pools by the ocean. The smaller overall space on the ocean is so quaint compared to the high rises surrounding most of HHI. This was our third year at Hilton Head Billas and God willing we plan to make it our annual event!

We really enjoyed this Villa. The walk to the beach is so short. We were a ten minute walk from Coligny square. There are lots of windows and a beautiful tree right outside with a sliver of beach visible from the large patio. Kitchen is a little small but was not a problem for us, only 3 adults and 2 kids. Hose right outside back patio to wash all the sand off right outside your back door. Nice outside table as well. Pool was small, luckily no one was ever there at the same time as us so not an issue. I love going to Hilton Head late May before the heat and the crowds.

Our family of 5 enjoyed the condo very much. The location is perfect - you can walk to Coligny. The kitchen is a tight squeeze and needs some updating as far as cooking utensils, but the unit was very clean throughout. The pool is fantastic, the ocean is just yards away, and the trees provide excellent shade. We will return.

We had an amazing time at this beautiful place. The location is amazing and close to everything. You will never be disappointed in this place. Their is plenty of space and you are moments away from the beach and all the food and entertainment you want.

I'll be honest, there really isn't a better place in my mind to stay and the homeowner is amazing!!!

Rental unit was right on the beach and the view was better than expected and close enough to hear the waves in the evening. Unit could use some tlc. Screen doors were all off track, broke or not adjusted properly either way very hard to use. Furniture is getting worn down had to flip the chair in main room and replace 2 screws that fell out and still missing one. Couch and love seat a little soft on each end from much use. One king bed was actually 2 single mattresses put together but could feel the gap all night. Fridge missing handle. A little paint and a couple of hours with a handy man and unit could be in great shape. Over all didn't really bother us and we really enjoyed the location and our stay. For the price unit is well worth it.

This was our 5th year in this villa and complex. It has perfect beach proximity, nearly 7 acres of its own private land and right in the middle of everything in South Forest Beach.

The unit itself is spacious and clean and has modern appliances throughout. It is truly our home away from home.

Great. I wanted to let you know that the twin beds were on the patio,lower level in no.27 with both the kings on the upper level, also on the last evening that we were there on Friday night the brown screen door totally locked and jammed when it closed behind someone. Fortunately we had not left the unit for dinner and the patio door was still unlocked or we would not have been able to get back in the unit. We had to pop the latch mechanism completely out and left this laying on the kitchen table as we left early on sat morning

Condo needs some care. No tv's in bedrooms and tv in living area sound goes up and down and it would disconnect quite often. Mildew in master bath, carpet is old and stained, dining table center is broken, patio chairs were dirty and stained. If these things were taken care of, I would have rated it a 10. Location is nice and floor plan worked well.

We love this villa. In the morning there is constant singing and chattering of song birds in the magnificent live oak tree right at the balconcony. The unit is large and "cottage-like". Comfortable but not fancy. The new King size bed was very comfortable and each king size bedroom had its own ensuite. But most of all we love this complex for its proximity to the most magnificent beach in America.

We had a fabulous stay here. Its just a short walk across the lawn to the beach which was wonderful for little ones who can't walk far. Sometimes from the balcony you can hear the ocean. The location is great, close enough to walk to coligny. Our kids enjoyed both the big pool and the kiddie pool.

Electrical plugs were mostly only 2 prongs.
No outlet in the master bath.
TV placement not the best.

Overall it was a very good experience. The cleaning crew could have done a better job preparing the property (smelled like food and the rugs needed a much deeper vacuuming). But as for the property itself we were very pleased. I am more picky than most, but since it's a competitive market, I would say it's time to update the entertainment systems and furniture/carpet. A cheap new carpet, a stop by WalMart for larger/newer TV's and speakers, and some furniture from Rooms to Go, would go a very long way with a minimal investment. Thanks! I would stay here again.

Excellent location and condo layout. Not to be negative, but there were some little things that bothered us. For example, no plugs in the bathrooms, low water pressure in the downstairs shower, noisy ceiling fans, a rotary phone in one of the bedrooms - try hitting one for English, doesn't work.

This is a wonderful property. Great Beach access, nice pool, very private and a great location. If you come expecting something better than your own home such as gourmet kitchen and granite counter tops, Jacuzzi tub and steam shower you are looking at the wrong setting. If you are looking for a wonderful vacation close to all of the amenities, close to the beach, lots of room to roam for any size family and great privacy this is your place!! Secure internet access made it easy for me to continue to work as my family played. We hardly used the Kitchen but did do a small amount of cooking. I had all intention of using the grill provided but when I had to dig out 2" of sand and old ashes I gave up.
This was perfect for 3 college age "kids", my sister in law and myself. We loved out stay. We felt very much at home. The décor was not overwhelmingly tropical or nautical as some of these places can be and the best thing of all - no mirrored walls which is so common to make a property look bigger. This place did not need the help - it is big!!
Rental company was easy to work with after contacting the owner directly. No hassles getting in or out. I will stay here again whenever I get the chance!! Soon, I hope!! Thanks for a wonderful home away from home!

This is the second year for us in this complex and the first year in this particular villa. We were there for the entire months of February and March and could not have been happier with the villa and its location. Just steps to the best beach on HHI and a short walk to Coligny Circle. The owners and property management were great and we have already booked for 2014.

Enjoyed the open court yard. Location was great. The villa needs an upgrade and some help with the sliding glass doors, they all had an issue with sticking. My family enjoyed this place. The outside grill was great to have. We would stay again.
