Ocean Dunes Villa 101

Great location on the ocean. Walking distance from most places and we did not have to drive very often. Will stay again

Lights in living room didn't work, cable TV went on/off intermittently, carpet runners will filthy dirty and need to be replaced. Stayed at Ocean Dunes numerous times and this room needs help. Pool was very cloudy, lounge chairs were dirty. Not sure what happened this year.

This was our first time to the beach as a family of five. The Villas 101 that we stayed at was a little small but it worked out. Short walk distances to the beach was nice, We only got to swim in the one pool instead of the nicer pool next to our villa.

Perfect location and amenities for all generations. While we didn't have ocean view the pool view was entertaining. Probably the easiest unit in the complex to load and unload supplies etc

Vacation Time of Hilton Head staff was awesome to work with from the time of booking to the end (thanks for allowing me to use your "business center"). The only thing I recommend is to replace both twin mattresses, provide a key rack at the entrance to the door, sheet pans needed (we bought 1 and left it), add towel hooks on patio and more in bathrooms, and wooden spoons/spatula. Oh, lite out above kitchen sink! Thanks for a great vacation!

Ocean Dunes is a great location to stay. The unit was clean but smaller than I expected. There were 5 adults in the unit most of the week which made it crowded. Our unit overlooked the beautiful Hilton pool which made me want to be able to use.

the main reason we stay here is the staff!
the room was nice the view is not what i was used to because we have been staying here for a long time and now its all grown up with new buildings. but the staff always goes above and beyond to help us year after year to have the best stay possible, Mike, Stephanie,Terry and Jimmy all great people to work with.

So nice to stay in a clean, updated condo with a beautiful beach out front. We had 2 adults and one teen so it was spacious and comfortable for our group size. It was an easy bike ride to the coffee shop at Coligny Plaza, really good margaritas at Java Burrito, and perfectly cooked scallops at the casual Sea Shack.

It was great except for the construction I the ocean view side. We were not told about the construction when we rented the room, but were given a discount when we asked for one. I love Ocean Dunes and have been coming here for 20 years. I just wish they would have told us about the construction.

The condo was in excellent condition. Clean, beautifully decorated and updated. It was by far the nicest condo we've ever stayed in, in the 7 years we've been vacationing in Hilton Head. We'll keep coming back!!

Four adults and two teens were comfortable in this condo. Very nice! Photos were accurate though furnishings and showers were somewhat "worn", but overall great value for the money. Loved the location and enjoyed many walks up the beach to Coligny Plaza for meals and shopping! We had a blast!

A GREAT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM! WE HAVE BEEN RETURNING TO SAME LOCATION FOR YEARS & HOPE TO CONTINUE AS HEALTH PERMITS. WOULD LOVE TO HAVE A LARGER BED IN MASTER BEDROOM!! AND ALSO BRIGHTER LIGHTS EVERYWHERE. WE LOVE THE LOCATION AND THE EASY ACCESS TO THE BEACH. THE GROUNDS ARE BEAUTIFUL AND VERY WELL KEPT.

Overall good experience. this room is next to stairs and you hear people moving up and down in the master bedroom all night. also hear the shower and bath in master. probably not much they can do about that, but quieter in most 4+ star hotels. Beds could use an upgrade as well. Location and all facilities great

Overall had a very good experience. rental was clean and recently remodeled. living room furniture had some stains. the pool was less than desirable but still a very positive experience.

We have been to Hilton Head many times and often stay at Ocean Dunes. It is quiet, peaceful and relaxing. It is VERY low key and exactly what we needed.

This was our 1st time in Hilton Head and we really enjoyed the stay. Our villa was in a great location. We were on the side of the building (1st floor) but we could overlook the pool and see the beach. The condo was clean and attractive and very comfortable - perfect for 4 people. It was a busy week over Spring Break, but everyone was well-behaved and not too loud. We would go back.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this very nicely appointed condo. The furnishings were great and the remodel was done very tastefully. Loved the tile floors throughout and the granite countertops. The only thing I would change is the outdoor carpet on
the balcony which was always wet and the master bedroom is large enough for a king size bed. This condo was great!

Very nice, clean, and updated condo. Great location to the beach and only 1/2 mile driving to Caligny. Nice and quiet condo area and office located right across the street. Nice to have free access to the exercise facility for the week. No complaints at
all and would definitely stay there again! Pool great for the kids.

Villa was very nice. Recently renovated with new kitchen appliances, great counter space for serving and eating. Very nice renovated bathrooms - sinks and tiled showers - great.
Great view of pool.
Only downside to this unit - since it is on first floor, could not see ocean from balcony; need second floor or higher for oceanview.

We were very happy with this rental. My only recommendation would be to have a washer/dryer in the unit. We used the community ones on the second floor of the complex but it would have been more convenient to have the use of one in the unit.
