This place is perfect for a couple or small family! We arrived to an exceptionally clean condo and loved the view! Being on the first level was a bonus for us because we took a wagon to the beach daily and didn’t need to deal with the elevator, but could used the ramp.
The location of the unit was PERFECT for a nice walk to Coligny Plaza for shopping and dining. A little less than a mile away seemed like nothing on the shaded pathways along with a beautiful view.
I would suggest bringing a couple extras, TP, paper towels: you are given one roll of each. And I was glad we brought shampoo, condition, and body wash because the sample sizes wouldn’t have lasted us the week.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay and were comfortable in this unit. We have already begun planning for a return trip to the island and will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location right on the beach. Condo very nicely remodeled, especially bedroom with enough space around the bed. Bathroom with room for toiletries and big shower. Overall nice and clean place.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Dunes Villa 107. The property was clean and well maintained. It was damp and had a mildew smell. It is conveniently located next to the Hilton Resort and you can use the food service area to include Starbucks and a bar with limited menu of mixed drinks. It is within walking distance to shops and restaurants.

This was our first visit to HHI when it was a holiday week for July 4th. Lots of fireworks on the beach which made it easy to enjoy! Our unit was as described and very well equipped in the kitchen. It was a nice size for 2 people, and having the patio towards the beach was great!

The only things that I would tell people to keep in mind is the following:
-Limited parking offered and it was over capacity during the holiday time
-Choose a higher floor if you want less noise
-Bring beach towels and a beach cart
-The pool is rather small and wasn’t always super clean due to the sand

The rental company was great to work with and we are hoping to stay at another property with them upon our return. This was our third time to the island and we really enjoy it more and more each visit!

Cute and updated unit
This was a charming unit right near the pool with a great view. It was updated and had everything we needed. If we had any issues we called and they were handled immediately. Me and my kids were just a little disappointed to see that the pool was so small compared to the Hilton one next door we had to see all week from our balcony that we couldnt use. Also it would have been great to have a safety rail for the top bunk, we were unable to use both beds for the kids. This unit may be good for couples or couples with small kids, my teen felt a little cramped in the small space. The best part of the trip was riding bikes to the playground and shops nearby.

Petite but comfortable
We enjoyed this condo as a last minute option provided to us by the management that we have dealt with on 2nd occasions and what~not... It was quaint with accommodations in a very good area a good ways from Coligny. Not in walking distance, but far away enough from in-crowds, and town square tourists, it was great for family beach time. The unit is about 15' wide in total with just enough room to squeeze through (with friendly company) but ample enough for a small family who doesn't mind brushing past one another occasionally. There is no storage room for those with beach equipage, but if you don't mind lining items in the main hallway, you won't have an issue. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would rent again (possibly with a lessened daily fee), but in the future, we may opt in for options closer to Coligny with a little more capacity...

The unit was exactly as described and in a perfect location. The folks at the Vacation Time office were helpful and friendly....... really the only thing we could have asked for was a little bit better weather :)

The condo was exactly as pictured. Very neat and clean. Kitchen was supplied with ample cookware etc. The access to the beach is an easy walk and the walk to Coligny was very do-able as well. The size of the unit was perfect for two people or a family with 1-2 small children. All areas were well maintained and very clean. Most people that we encountered were adhering to COVID guidelines and we felt very safe during our stay. I would not hesitate to stay in this unit again.
Check in and check out were very easy.

This rental is great, updated & clean. It had everything we needed. The coffee pot did not work, but the rental co. took care of it right away. We would definitely stay here again.

The villa was nice, I would like to have more stuff in the kitchen, steak knives for ex. larger fry pan. The T.V.s had no guides so you did not know what you were watching. Location was great. Management was great , needed light bulbs and batteries and was a weekend and they brought the over.

Great Unit
A very nice unit. Very convenient to Coligny and restaurants. Only suggestion would be is to add a ceiling fan to the porch. We would definitely rent this unit again. Thank you.

We enjoyed our time in Ocean Dunes 107. The unit was as pictured, nicely updated and was the perfect space for our family of 3. Property mgmt quickly responded to a minor issue. Would highly recommend this space to a small family! My only suggestion would be to add some functional storage on the patio - maybe somewhere to stash the boogie boards and hooks for the towels (minor but would be helpful). We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this unit!

This was a great last minute vacation. The condo was exactly as it appeared in the photos. It had a nice location. Easy to walk or ride bikes to Coligny but far enough away the beach wasn’t crowded like it is around Coligny. There is s fitness center although not on site but a short bike ride away. The internet wasn’t the best but we ran into this all over the island so it didn’t appear to be the internet service in the condo. The pool to the right in the photos is the pool for this condo complex. The pool to the left is a different resort. That was a little misleading.

This little rental was the perfect spot for our little family! It had everything we needed plus it was surprisingly bigger than the pictures lead on. It was nicely upgraded and appointed - comfy bed and couch and a nice little dining room table for breakfast. There were even beach chairs and an umbrella to boot! The beach access was great and it made lugging all of our stuff out there a little less painful. Walking into the center was easy and there's a nice shaded pathway pretty much the entire half mile in. We really have no complaints and will most definitely be back! Only small suggestion - the rest of the condo was so nicely updated that I was surprised the balcony was a little forgotten about. We loved spending our mornings and evenings out there and I think they could spruce it up a little more with new carpet (there were some tears) and more comfy lounge furniture. But just a suggestion because that definitely won't deter us from coming back!

Beautifully remodeled! Decor, lighting, etc. was very nicely done. Comfortable sleeping amenities. Perfect location with a great view! Only one negative .... the place was extremely clean with the exception of the floors. Possibly consider a rug runner in the hallway, and a rug in the living area to help with sand build up. There's no place to escape sandy feet! The cleaning service at least needs to vacuum and mop more efficiently, and after guest vacates.

I lead an annual retreat for some of our church members and we have had great success staying at the Ocean Dunes Villas in the past! This year we had about 30 people come and it was another great success. Once again, we've loved the beach access, the accommodations, the location, specifically the closeness to Coligny, and everything else that Ocean Dunes Villas and VTHHI provided.
