Great time weather perfect. Just what we needed food was amazing & beach nice . Relaxing time

A good experience overall with a couple of exceptions: 1) the internet did not work upon our arrival. We had to call the office a couple of times before a tech arrived-not a good introduction to our stay...2) please replace the shower plumbing! A person needs an engineering degree to figure out this outdated shower. A new microwave oven would also help.

Property was clean. Could use a hair dryer in condo.
Nice access to the Hilton for drinks and food, music.
Location was convenient to all stores.
Will book again.

We had an awesome stay. The villa and location were accurately described. The villa was clean and maintained well. We had a few minor issues and questions and they were taken care of quickly. Everyone was very friendly. This villa is small, we are a family of 3 and it felt a little small to us, but it was nice and clean and had everything we needed. We found a take out restaurant called The Sea Shack and it was fantastic, we highly recommend it. We booked a Dolphin Discoveries Tour and it was also fantastic.

We enjoyed the week at the beach. Property was perfect for a small family such as ours with a queen sized bed and bunks for the kids. There were a few necessities absent that I feel should have been provided to better fit the needs of the occupants. There were no replacement trash bags, no salt/pepper, incorrect coffee filters for coffee maker, and no foil/cooking spray. These are a few things I would think should be included. Also there is a gap of nearly 1/2 an inch at the base of the main door. This gap provided an easy entryway for a pest that we had to remove during our stay. There was a musty smell in the bedroom area that would not dissipate over the stay even with a air freshener. The lock on the fence coming in from the beach is not user friendly and needs to be updated (we were not the only ones having issues with it). It was nice to see them laying sod near the picnic area of the condo in an area where the grass had died off. With a couple of improvements this could be an A+ property.

The unit was nicely furnished and conveniently located on the first floor with a view of ocean and pool. Balcony with table and chairs was a nice spot for morning coffee.

Everything was good except the couch in the living room was broken. Couldn't sit in it because you sunk to the bottom. Needs to be replaced.

118 was the best decorated 1 bedroom unit we have stayed in. We have been renting at Ocean Dunes for a number of years and speak from experience.

We enjoyed the Ocean Dunes Villas #118. The unit is only one bedroom, but that's all we really needed. It was clean and comfy. Lots of towels and everything we needed in the kitchen. There was construction going on next door, but management was kind enough to warn us beforehand and put us in a room on the opposite side. We hardly noticed the sound. The only negative is need to replace some light bulbs (on the patio...we couldn't go out there after dark) and no remote for the bedroom TV. Would be super nice to have a ceiling fan on the patio. Overall, the unit is nice and it's a great location. The management company is very nice, helpful and professional.

Had a good stay. Ceiling fans would have made a positive difference in comfort but overall very satisfied with everything. Not a complaint, just a suggestion.

We arrived into Hilton Head with no place to stay on Memorial Day week-end. We were referred to Linda in Vacation Time, and lo and behold she had a beautiful rental for the perfect price for us. We were very happy with the rental. Decorated in a cozy setting and with sound of the ocean in the background, who could ask for more. One can walk on the beach at night with kids and animals and feel safe. Amazing in this day and age. Great location and very nice people at vacation time ! Thank you :-)

My husband, 3 year-old son, and I loved the Ocean Dunes condo. It was the perfect size for the three of us, and was close enough to the beach that our little guy could do all or most of the walk. It was clean and the starter amenities were much appreciated. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a great stay. The only negative was the smaller and dirty pool. We prefer the beach anyway!

This was our third year renting from Vacation Time and also our third year at Ocean Dunes. While we were disappointed our regular unit wasn't available, we were extremely pleased with the unit this year and enjoyed it more than the usual unit. Amazing trip and did not want to go home...we will definitely be asking for this unit again next year.

While this unit has a beautiful view... we did experience a few issues. First, the AC unit went out in the living room but the front desk worked quickly to speak with the owners and they ended up replacing the unit. Next, the outlets are outdated and need to be replaced. Some didn't work well while others were pushing back into the wall. The TV in the master bedroom is very small and the connection had to be reset a few times. The TVs worked fine but the "cable" went out frequently. The unit was clean and nicely decorated. There were plenty of linens and towels. We have stayed on this property a few times and will definitely be back. We just might try another unit.

We have been coming to your place for many years and are very pleased with the facilities and location.This time we made the mistake of booking a ground unit in a very cool spring.Brr, what a cold floor ! Also some of the units electric wall outlets are severely worn out, to the point of making poor contact, specially in the washroom. This is a safety issue that can result in a fire.Please fix it.
Other than that we are very pleased and booked
oneother unit for next March. Thank you.

The condo was fabulous, but the A/C in bedroom was not working. I was offered a larger condo instead. It was fantastic. I was very pleased. Stephanie was very professional, from reservations to solving the A/C issue. She is the greatest. I highly recommend Ocean Dunes Villas. I have stayed there several times and love it. Looking forward to staying there next year!

The property needs a restroom by the pool or between the condo and beach. Had to go all the way back up to the room with 2 kids!

Only thing that was bad, is that there wasn't a remote control for the TV. Sounds small, but it was a pain. The place was newly renovated by the owner and was very well done. Pass on to them to upgrade their TV. What they have in the living area is bad.
