Absolutely beautiful view. Easy walk to coligny plaza on beach 10-15 min. Unit had all necessities. Supplies limited in unit Only 1 bathroom bath towel per person provided. 1 garbage bag. We stayed a week. housekeeping never responded to calls so had to purchase. Unit was small like people said but there were just 2 of us I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than 2 very small children staying with 2 adults. Bed was soft but you would roll to middle & bathtub while taking shower didn’t drain properly but didn’t impact our stay. Everything else was great.

We stayed a week at this location for a family vacation. We found the condo as advertised. It was clean and had been updated. It is very small, but size is as advertised. It is a very convenient location and has a beautiful view. The only negative I can provide is on the size. Only 2 people can comfortably stay there. We had a 9 year old child that used the sofa bed, but there was no room to walk in the living room when the bed was out. Not ideal for more than can stay in the bedroom.

We stayed at the villa for 3 nights and would return! The accommodations were clean, updated, and comfortable. As a bonus, two beach chairs were there for use. It is also so close to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended.

My husband and I had a great stay in Hilton Head and this condo was perfect. It was perfect for two people and had everything we needed. You might want to bring extra towels and washcloths if you don't want to do laundry when you are there. The location was perfect because it was far enough away from the hustle and bustle but just a short bike ride or walk to it, too. I recommend getting bikes while you are there! This was our first time ever renting bikes on vacation, but we felt really safe with all the excellent biking paths around the island.

We had a little trouble getting into the lockbox to get our keys after hours, but we called and they walked us right through it. It would be much easier if there was a keypad to punch in a keycode on the door, but that was my only complaint.

We will stay again when we go back!

We have been coming to Hilton Head Island and Ocean Dunes for 10 years. The unit is lovely and accommodating. The ocean view and deck are so nice also. We enjoy beach walks and it is located at a very convenient area to wonderful stores and restaurants.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely condo! Unfortunately, we experienced a few housekeeping items that were less than desirable. Most of the condo was clean and pristine and the dehumidifier helped a lot w/ moisture build up. However, we had to clean up the toilet, the floor around it and the bathroom sink, the shower head was extremely harsh (felt like needles) possibly due to mineral build-up and the bedroom had an odd smell (much like urine.) We searched and searched for the source of the smell in the bedroom but came up empty so therefore wondered if it was the A/C unit. All of the bedding and the bed itself smelled perfectly fine so it was a total mystery that we just dealt with during our stay. Otherwise, this condo was in a beautiful and very convenient location, offered a comfortable interior, had a nicely updated, clean kitchen that was well stocked w/ utensils and dinnerware, and provided lovely beach chairs for the occupants use. The balcony was very well positioned and offered a lovely view of the ocean, the horizon and other areas of the property. The building was right on the beach and offered a lovely boardwalk out to the beach which made for an easy trip! The condo also offered lovely amenities like books, music choices for the Bose unit, and Netflix, etc. for viewing. It really is a lovely condo and we will definitely consider returning next year!

This was our third time staying at Ocean Dunes Villa #206. The location is excellent; right on the beach. The unit is modern and super clean. The owner has everything you would need in the unit; kitchen utensils, chairs for the beach etc. The owner always "checks in" during the week to ask about our stay. The restaurants we visited during our stay included Old Oyster Factory, 843, Frosty Frog, Fishcamp and a take out order from Sea Shack. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful little condo. Everything my new wife and I needed on our honeymoon. The owner was wonderful to work with and on top of everything. Great location on the island. We had a wonderful 2 week stay in this villa at Ocean Dunes. Villa was well maintained, kitchen well equipped, bed was fabulous & linens were of fine quality. Location of this villa is perfect for us as we love the walking & biking on the beach & to Coligny. Hoping to make this a yearly experience. The villa was just perfect for the two of us. It met our every need and was close to everything. Biking and walking the beach is a must! The only downfall was the construction happening next door. They were busy constructing a new condo building. I didn't need an alarm clock as the noise woke me each day. My husband slept right through it and he didn't mind the work going on at all. We were not there during the day so it wasn't a problem for us. The exterior of the building could use some sprucing up but the new built pool is a gray addition. I would definitely stay here again!

We had a great stay in unit 206. The owners did a great job with the remodel and it was so clean and attractively decorated. We loved that they have a dehumidifier and there wasn't any musty smell etc. My husband has bad allergies and we were worried about this due to it being on the ocean, but it wasn't a problem at all. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need to make basic meals and snacks.

The unit is snug but for a small family it works. The view is awesome, seriously. We were a bit bummed that they were working on putting in a new pool and had the grass between the building and the beach torn up. But we could still see the beach so it was a minor thing. AND we saw several deer in the brushy area between the ard and beach plus several rabbits. We enjoyed seeing the wildlife. We also saw a pod of dolphins one day while swimming in the ocean, that was one of the hilights of our trip!

I would definitely recommend this unit for couples/small families.

We had an amazing time at this location. Access to the beach was easy and our condo faced the ocean. The kitchen was ideal and we cooked many fresh seafood dishes during our stay. The bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. They spared no expense with the renovations in this condo.

This is our second stay. The location is excellent - right on the beach! The building is somewhat dated, but recently received a "polish". The apartment is very nicely decorated and clean, except for some debris found in the sofa-bed. If you run into noisy neighbours, as we did, this can be quite annoying. However, we would still recommend this property and plan to return.

The ongoing noise from the painting and renovations presented some inconvenience, particularly when they moved our balcony furnitue into the living room, covered the patio doors and windows with plastic sheeting at 10:00 am and removed it at 4:00 pm. Otherwise, we had an enjoyable visit.

My husband and our two young children stayed at the condo from 6/30-7/6. The condo was very well decorated, in a nice location and just feet away the beach! The balcony overlooked the ocean and the view was beautiful! The condo was also stocked with cookware, bath towels and many "extras" that made our stay very enjoyable and convenient. The beach was not crowded yet we were in walking distance to shops, restaurants and entertainment. The owners also kept personalized books in the unit that gave locations, descriptions and menus of the islands different restaurants and local attractions! It was very obvious that a lot of thought and consideration went into making this condo perfect for vacationers & guests!

We had a wonderful stay in this villa. Just as pictures show. The owners have gone above and beyond with making things comfortable, convenient and special. Loved the location close to Coligny Plaza, yet far enough away that it was quiet and not busy. Would definately recommend this villa for a couple for 3 people. Only a couple minute walk and you are on the beach. Loved our week.

The location is wonderful. Walking distance to shopping and some restaurants, near the major roads on the island, but just far away enough so the beach wasn't over crowded. Down two flights of stairs and through the dunes in no time at all. Unit was beautifully furnished and neatly labeled. We even had a stranger walk up and compliment past stays she'd had in the unit while we were sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean. Great getaway for two. I think sleeping 4 in the unit would be very tight, but that's just me. My only critique is very minor and it was the shower head. Next to no water velocity coming out of there. Would DEFINITELY return.

Excellent condo for a couple. Bedroom is small but very functional. Bathroom is small as well. Location on South Forest Beach is excellent, beach is beautiful. Beach access is perfect. Management company is close (across the street) and very professional. Condo is well-equipped and nicely furnished.

Stayed for 3 weeks in March 2013. Great location, very tastefully decorated apartment with southern exposure - a cut above the rest! Direct view of the dunes and ocean. Owner cares very much about his renters having a positive vacation experience, which It certainly was for my wife and I. Would definitely return when the weather is a little warmer.

The time in HIlton Head was awesome. Our condo was so comfy-bed awesome. The location perfect. i walked a few yards and I was at the beautiful beach. The ocean was like bath water. you really didn't need a car. You could walk down to Coligny plaza or take your bike. The bike trails and beauty are never ending. i can't wait to go back next year. our condo was the best. Very modern and comfortable.

The location was footsteps from the beach and just a short walk to downtown. The unit was clean, recently updated, and had every convenience. However we found ourselves spending most our time enjoying the ocean view from deck. The unit was perfect for 2 although 2 more could be accommodated using the pull-out couch in the living room. Hilton Head Island was beautiful. It was wonderful and easy doing business with Dale and VTHH. We will be back.

Our experience was very positive. We got advance information on check in procedures/location etc. Once we arrived, the condo owner called us the second day to check if we were satisfied, which was a very nice touch. The view from our unit was spectacular and we loved watching the pelicans fly by every day. It was a very relaxing stay and the condo was nicely decorated and had everything you'd need.

I was extremely happy with my condo at Dunes Edge! It's perfect for one or two people. It was very clean, nicely decorated, and best of all, very comfortable. Both the sofa bed and the mattress and pillows in bedroom are awesome!!! Don't worry about bringing your own pillows. The kitchen is well equipped, and the the ac and wireless works great. The dehumidifier is noisy, but you can turn it off when you're out of the condo. On super windy days you can hang by the pool if you don't want to be covered in sand. It really is oceanfront, with a beautiful full view of the ocean from the deck. I would highly recommend this condo for a single guest or for a couple.

This is a very modern villa in an older building that is starting to show her age. Look past that to the ocean view! The villa owners clearly care about the comfort of their guests and want them to enjoy the updates they have given to "Dunes Edge".

Updates were stylish and pretty as well as functional. Rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable:-). There were several added "homey" touches. Room was right by the steps leading down to the pool! Great balcony furniture and the view of the ocean was
spectcular. We would definitely recommend to others and use this property again.

We loved seeing pictures of the remodel. We loved that it was so close to everything if we do Hilton Head again I would definitely stay in this villa again!
