Condo was very clean and tidy, but bed was super soft and squeaky and always felt damp due to humidity. Living area was well decorated but not comfortable for even just the two of us to hang out in. Would recommend with those caveats.

210 has become one of our favorite units at Ocean Dunes- very nice furnished and everything you need for a great beach week. Ocean Dunes is the perfect beach front location- close to Coligny with shopping food etc. walking & bike trails and of course the beach. Can’t wait to come back next year

Absolutely loved this condo! Beautifully furnished and updated, clean as a whistle, fantastic location, and with every amenity you could possibly need. First time visitors to Hilton Head and to Ocean Dunes Villas #210 but it definitely will not be our last! We are already planning a trip next year!

210 Ocean Dunes is a lovely unit- the view was amazing and the location is perfect. The owners have put a lot of thought into the furnishings and fixtures and it had every we needed. So bright and cheerful. We are already talking about biking this unit for our next trip. We love VTHHI they are always such a joy to work with.

We have been staying at the Ocean Dunes Villa in March, and more recently in April, as well, since "06. Our favorite unit is 210 with its great oceanfront location. Fun to get away and enjoy this attractive home on the beautiful island of HH.

It was my husband and I, and our son’s first time on a vacation, just us. We always go with family and friends and this trip was the most special of all. I carefully looked in to many rentals and this one most certainly was everything I expected - close in proximity to Sea Pines as well as the market, restaurants and shops. One of the only units listed in searches with a king size bed and additionally was an end unit. Every amentity you can think of and just perfect for a family of three or even an addition 3 more! Cleanliness is always appreciated and we mentioned several times how we could eat off of the floor it was so clean inside! The upgrades are so nice and we will certainly be renting again.

Our condo provided everything we need for a perfect beach vacation. it was noisy in the morning due to floor replacement and construction at building next door but that was necessary to maintain and update this building.

My husband and our 2 small children stayed in Ocean Dunes for 4 nights. We loved the ocean front balcony and convenience to Coligny Plaza. The villa was tastefully decorated and cozy. We would stay here again in the future.

Our first brief visit to HH was in'04, returned the next year and discovered Ocean Dunes. Since'06, we have stayed each winter for month of March, as well as April in recent years. Our favorite OD unit is 210--great location with pleasig oceanview, attractive and well equipped. The management staff are most welcoming and helpful always. We look forward to our annual visit on beautiful Hilton Head!

The decorating was classy beachy, so clean and very comfortable. The location was perfect, close enough to restaurants and shopping, but far enough from activity to enjoy a quiet, relaxing time on the beautiful, wide beach. The new pool area is convenient and close to the beach walk. We hope to return year after year!

Enjoyed spending March and April in our favorite unit (Ocean Dunes #210) on HH. By traveling from MA we enjoy an early spring on the oceanfront. Weather was great this year, our unit was newly decorated and the office staff very helpful, as always.

We stayed in Ocean Dunes 210 for 3 nights with 4 adults and 1 child. The sleeping arrangements worked well for us and everyone was comfortable. The unit was clean and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. This is an older property, but it was clean and well cared-for, so we had no issues there and the decor was nice. I know that looking at pictures on a website, it's sometimes hard to tell about the view. In this case, the pictures are a very accurate representation. It really is full ocean front and the view is great. We could watch dolphins (and beach combers) from the balcony. This unit also overlooks the brand new pool, which is not obvious from the pictures. The pool is not huge, but this is a small complex, so I think it is sized about right and looks very nice (although we old people in the group wished it were heated in October. Brrr!) There was construction going on next door. We found it to be very unobtrusive, though, not too loud and of course they stopped in the evenings so sleeping was not an issue. Our 4 year old liked watching the cranes :) The staff was courteous and helpful and check in/check out was easy and fast. Suggestions for improvement: 1) it would be good to add some under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen, as it was a bit dark when you are cooking or doing dishes 2) it was not a huge deal to us since we were there during a cooler time of year, but 'real' bath exhaust fans in the bathrooms would be great as they still got pretty steamy during showers (they only have small ceiling fans now) 3) this is more of a suggestion for the complex in general rather than for this particular unit, but the laundry rooms could use either a bill changer or bill acceptors on the machines. Who carries around a pocket full of quarters? All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and found this unit to be a good value for what you get (size, condition, view, location, etc.) We will definitely consider for future visits.

We had our young family down on the island for a little family vacation, and with two children under 4 years old, we only get small spurts at the beach. However, when the little ones where napping the view from the balcony, hearing and seeing the waves was wonderful. The new pool is a great addition to the view with the palm trees that surround it. The villa was very well stocked, and we felt right at home. Thanks for a great stay.

I loved staying here. We have 2 small kids and this villa was perfect for us because of the 2 bedrooms. There weren't any noisy neighbors either! The beach was mostly other families, too. The bedrooms are at the back of the unit which worked out great because they were doing construction on the pool while we were there but you couldn't hear any noise in the bedrooms. This villa is across the hall from the laundry room and elevator- that was really convenient (and surprisingly, we didn't hear any noise from the laundry or elevator either). I liked the location and building because everyone there was with their families, so we didn't have any loud college parties. it's a perfect rental for a family. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beach was beautiful and very close.Staff very friendly. This condo had all anyone would need to enjoy themselves on a vacation. Thank you vacation time for supplying dish soap,dishwasher liquid,tp and well stocked kitchen down to the bbq utensil. The beach chairs were handy also. We did leave our beach umbrella for the next guest to enjoy. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

My nieces and I managed to surprise my sister for her birthday with a weekend at HHI. The view? Awesome! No having to twist and look out the side - it's right there! Super short walk to the beautiful beach. Inside? Stylish and functional. The beds were comfortable (even the sleeper sofa). Kitchen was well stocked. Plenty of linens for 5 women and a 2-yr old. Complex was easy to find and near everything. Loved our stay and can't wait to return!

The condo is in a perfect location. It is just a few steps to the beach and the proximity Coligny Plaza is so convenient. Another plus is it is next door to the Marriott which has a great Oceanside bar. This unit was clean except for the ceiling fans and AC units. The management company had someone there within the hour to take care of that. The complex is older but well maintained.

We really felt like it was an all inclusive type setting. We had a fun filled, relaxing and uplifting experience for a much needed vacation for our family.

My ideal vacation involves parking the car, unpacking the car and then walking/biking until it's time to pack up the car to leave - and I wasn't disappointed! The ocean was right out front, the condo was lovely, we cooked almost all of our meals. The only time in the car was a trip to Pinckney Island Wildlife Refuge which I would highly recommend by bike or hike. Thank you for sharing your house and we will definitely be back.

We love Hilton Head and ocean dunes is a great place to stay. We have stayed there many times over the past 30 years. You can look out the window at the ocean and beach and you are close to shops, restaurants, bike paths, etc. The folks in the office are quite nice and exude real southern charm.

This was the third villa we have stayed in at Ocean Dunes and it was the best so far. It was very nicely decorated - not just cheap beachy looking. The unit was very clean and the shower drained well, which can be an issue at some places. The kitchen had everything you would need. The pool is great and has sun and shade. We have been going to Hilton Head at least once a year for about 15 years and have stayed just about everywhere. But now that we have found Ocean Dunes I think we will always stay there. You can't beat the location or the price - especially since it is oceanfront!
