The condo was perfect. We had a great view of the ocean, and the convenient location between Sea Pines and Coligny couldn't have been better.

The property was very nice and clean and the proximity to the ocean was great. The ONLY item we could say that could be better is for neighboring guests to not smoke on their balcony because it would drift over to ours and we could not enjoy our balcony in the mornings or late evenings.

Lovely, though slightly older, ocean front condo. Our family of four enjoyed our time and took great advantage of the access to both the pool and the beach. Would stay here again.

The condo had a great view, great location, everything my family of 4 needed for space. The place could use a little updating with the beds. They were comfy enough for restful nights. The management company was very kind and easy to work with. Thank you!

The view from the balcony was magnificent! Nothing like a glass of wine and the waves to release all of the cares you were holding onto. The condo had all the necessities for cooking, sleeping etc for the week. Could have used more clothing storage space and places to store your groceries. This is an older condo. Could use some updating. The only negative of our stay was there wasn't any parking spots if you stayed out past 7pm. Since this was a vacation, who wants to be in by 7pm. We had to double park and park across the street in order to have some form of parking.

This location cannot be beat if you like oceanfront, clean quiet pool with the convenience of the South Beach area. Easily walkable to Coligny and the Hilton pool next door has refreshments readily available. Unit 217 is clean and the a/c was efficient for the space. Only two things I would suggest to the owners is to spend $10-20 at Dollar Tree & outfit the kitchen with little things like measuring cups & spoons. It wasn’t an issue for us, we are sandwich eaters at lunch & go out for dinner but if you are planning on cooking or baking, ingenuity may be required. The other being that the location of the router gave us very low coverage in the living area & none on the balcony - have the router boosted or move it to a more central location in the unit. It made working from vacation (I know, that’s not what vacation is for, but worklife does go on) a little aggravating. If you don’t have WiFi, check the router plug in the main b/r, it was unplugged on our late night arrival but I discovered the problem before I called mgmt the next morning. Island Time Bike Rentals is close, great price & free delivery & pick up. We walked over to pick them up but had them take them back so we could use them one last time on the morning of our departure. Check in staff were very nice and efficient (we had late check-in & that always makes me nervous). We will definitely use this unit again & highly recommend it. It’s brightly colored and nicely decorated. Biggest winning aspect, coffee on the balcony in the morning, lunch on the balcony at noon and a nice balcony evening before bedtime. The ocean and grounds cannot be beat.

Rented the unit for my daughter's family of 5. Location and décor good, kitchen adequate. Loved being able to see the pool and the beach from the balcony! Plumbing in guest shower was backed up. Second room had twin beds too close together to add an air mattress for 3rd child.

Such a pleasant experience with everyone we dealt with. The condo was fantastic. We love the location. We will definitely book our next vacation at Ocean Dunes Villas. The only thing we would look to do different would a unit on the first floor hat was ocean front.

We enjoyed a comfortable and clean condo. This was a new location for us. The location was beautiful. Because the pool is not heated, we were thankful for warm days to enjoy the beach.

The condo design and location is OUTSTANDING. Pool and beach unbelievably convenient. The view from the condo porch is OCEAN, and georgeous. The ONLY downside (s), no dedicated unit washer/dryer (un-happy wife for an hour or so!), but complex has one, 2 minute walk, a few quarters. Also, unit has the old school "PTAC" air conditioners (think old school hotel room), one per external wall area. Again, no big deal, but some extra noise during the night, right next to where you are sleeping.

We enjoyed everything about this condo while taking a four-night respite from Atlanta. Its convenient location allows easy access to the beach, walking/biking trail and Coligny restaurants and stores, but it seems tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Its updated decor is fun, and the view from the balcony can't be beat!

View from the ocean-front condo was stunning and the location of the condo is amazing however this particular unit (217, Ocean Dunes) is in dire need of upgrading. My hairdryer would not stay plugged into the wall outlet because the outlets were so old and used, one of the kitchen cabinets was coming off the hinges, one of the towel racks fell off-the-wall, etc. This condo is in real need of some TLC.

We appreciate your feedback during your recent stay at Ocean Dunes 217. This villa was recently sold to a new owner within the last couple of weeks and and while the new owner has made some updates to the villa, their ultimate goal is to do further renovations in the following months. We do hope you enjoyed your stay, regardless of the issues you encountered during your recent stay and hope to have you return to the villa again and enjoy the renovations to come.

I thought the management team did a great job during check in and check out. The property was clean considering that everything in the place was very dated and several items need to be replaced. Even though the view was great and the location was great I would not recommend this unit. I would recommend staying on a higher floor because of noise from the people that stay above you. There is quite a bit of noise when you are at the pool from the construction of the buildings being built next door. I would assume that will be going on for some time. We did eat at two really good restaurants Catch 22 and Pomodori. Catch 22 has really good duck and seafood while Pomodori has authentic Italian food. We look forward to our next vacation in Hilton Head.

Repeat customer of Ocean Dunes, satisfied with a dozen visits over a decade. Pleased to be able tack on a few extra days (partial week). Prefer top floor for better view and to avoid noisy neighbors upstairs. Generally clean and in good condition, though there were numerous maintenance items (noisy fans, leaky faucets, towel bars hanging by a thread, sticky door, unfinished wood floor) most of which were fixed promptly. No DVD player but did have Wi-Fi. Favorite restaurants include Old Fort Pub and Truffles (Pope location moved to Bluffton); Catch 22 was good, Pelican's Point (Kingfisher replacement) so-so. New York City Pizza service very slow even with a sparse crowd.

We love the location and the property in general. We were disappointed at the closing of Fitzgerald's several years back but continued to enjoy Canadian spring break at Ocean Dunes. Over the past few years, many of the owners have upgraded the condos. This year unfortunately, although our condo was clean it was very dated and needed a thorough refurbish. We had a great week weather wise so the dated condo was acceptable. I urge owners to update units at least with a coat of paint.

Have stayed in these units previously several times, and this year was about the same as expected. Clean rooms, working appliances, acceptable furniture. A couple of small things bugged me that in previous years were not an issue: 1) no ice machine on the property (there is room for one in the laundry area, just no interest by the property managers in providing this service). 2) weak wi-fi (although each apartment does have its own); this was an issue for the kids -- I didn't come to the beach to stare at a computer, but real time radar access via a device can be handy in planning the next couple hours when its a partly thundery day. We will consider this property (Ocean Dunes) again next year, but will probably look closer at other options as well, so I guess that counts as a recommendation, sort of.

This was a very clean, very convenient place to stay in Hilton head. The beach was terrific and the pool was nice. Very close to shopping. We will go back.

Being our first time and referred by a friend, this was an awesome vacation. The condo was sufficient for our stay and we enjoyed the view of the ocean and quick walk to the pool. It is starting to age a bit and would be more attractive with some updates. The pool was great for the kids. Our experience with Vacation Rentals was superb!! They met all of our expectations!!

I have stayed in properties managed by Vacation Time/Adventures Inn in Hilton Head Island. Great location; good floor plans. The properties are clean and have fully equipped kitchens. Prices are reasonable, accommodations are clean, the views are great. You get what you pay for.

This was our first time renting a condo although the unit was satisfactory we missed the amenities of a hotel. Throw rugs felt and looked dirty to us. Bathroom shower heads needed replaced and we could have used more towels for the week. The beach was nice.
