Enjoyed our stay the unit was clean and in a good location. No complaints whatsoever.

We love Ocean Dunes, great views and beach access, close to coligny, but far enough for the beach to be less crowded. As for the unit, we enjoyed the neutral decor, nice updates. Kitchen set up was good. The only thing that wasn't so good for us, and this is personal preference, the couch and bed were soft, you sink into. The bed did offer some support underneath the soft. Again, personal preference.

As always, we enjoyed another great vacation in Hilton Head. We have been vacationing in Hilton Head for 33 years, and have always used VTHHI. We have always received great service from their staff and we plan to return for year 34. Our unit was clean, well equipped, and very comfortable.

We enjoyed our week long stay . The bed was comfortable and kitchen adequately appointed for a studio kitchen . The unit appears to have been recently updated . The view was great . We were disappointed to find there was no washer . It was not mentioned but I saw a communal laundry room as we were checking out .. I would offer to update to a keyless entry with an auto lock

It is doubtful o will stay again due to laundry .

I would never stay anywhere else on the Island. The details on there site was as described. Property had been renovated and was beautiful and very clean. I would highly recommend any of there villas.

This trip was an adventure. We have been coming to Hilton Head for 30 years and I have to say I guess for one thing we picked the wrong week. The weather was absolutely terrible. We had what I call a sand storm. The sand was blowing sideways across the beach. Great exfoliation for the legs. Then there was the rain and more rain plus 50-60 degree temperatures and the strong winds. We had to wear jackets most of the time. (this was Mother Nature she was in control). The pool is clean and well maintained and the pool temperature is perfect. The unit was nice and clean. It had almost every appliance, cookware, utensil you would need. One interesting aspect of our stay in this unit is last year we stayed in this same unit for exact same week and the price increased from $2186 to $2642. When I booked I was wondering what the improvements would be for such an increase. There were no improvements I could see so I guess it was "Charge customer to the limit". The unit next door was being remodeled so we heard banging on the wall and saws running. I guess you have to remodel sometime LOL it just happened to be our week. I was walking down our hall to the bedroom and to my surprise I came face to face with an exterminator coming into the unit. I think the mattress needs an upgrade. You kind of sink into a worn area from use, maybe it needs to be flipped for even wear. One improvement that I think could be made is adding a bar to touch or some sort of anti-slip material to the bathtub-shower. It is so slick it is an accident waiting to happen. This is a very nice clean unit. The view is spectacular and they have very nice balcony furniture with elevated seating to further increase your views of the ocean. Hilton Head is a wonderful place to visit and we will be coming back for many years to come. I would recommend this unit.

This was our 32nd year vacationing on Hilton Head and, once again, it didn't disappoint us. The staff at VTHHI are terrific and most accommodating (Stephanie, Jimmy, Michael and Kristin). Our unit was clean and most enjoyable.
We wouldn't rent with anyone else but VTHHI and have already booked our same unit for next year.

We enjoy staying at The Ocean Dunes as it is close enough to walk to Coligny Circle, nearby restaurants and shops. Rooms overlook the pool and out to the ocean. Our unit was very well equipped which made our stay even more enjoyable. There were lots of cooking implements, dishes and glassware for our daily use. The decor was modern and comfortable and made us feel at home!
The registration and checkout were easy with the staff at Vacation Time. We have already booked to return next year!

My vacation at Hilton Head was awesome. This was not my first stay at this property. It was everything I expected. I use a cane for walking and I would like to see the property include handicapped rooms

This is the 31st year we have been coming to Hilton Head and have always stayed at Vacation Time of HH rentals.
It is always a pleasure to rent a unit from them. The staff does a great job of making you feel welcome and ALWAYS attending to anything you need.
The units we have stayed in over the years have consistently been clean and well equipted. We loved our unit this year and have already booked our stay for next year.

Beautiful updated oceanfront condo! The view from condo is wonderful. Easy walk to beach...only steps away. Walking or biking distance to restaurants and shops. Condo very clean and had everything we needed. Will return soon!

This was our 15th year visiting Hilton Head and staying with Vacation Times at Ocean Dunes. We recently changed villas to this newly renovated villa. It was beautifully done!
We spend 2 weeks here when we come down. It’s a perfect location! Ocean view is the best!
The kitchen was fully stocked with pizza pans down to the wine bottle opener. Sometimes these kitchen items get over looked.
The only thing I would complain about in this particular villa would be the bed. It had perfect impressions of where people have laid so you find yourself in a hole every night. I would hope a new bed is in this villas near future!
Like I said, it’s my only complaint. Everything else was superb! Cant wait until ext year!!
The staff at the office is always warm and welcoming! It feels like coming home when they greet you. Always willing to help with any need you may have.

Beautiful condo right on the beach. New furniture and appliances, gorgeous view, great oceanfront pool. Vacation Time of HH was great to work with - easy check in - immediately addressed 2 small issues.

My husband and I love Hilton Head and have stayed at many different locations. This was our first time staying at Ocean Dunes. We found the ocean front location to be very neat and clean and we loved the smell of the jasmine flowers all around. Our ocean front view was beautiful and we spent many hours enjoying our balcony. The villa was spotless and comfortable. We prepared most of our meals and found everything we needed in the kitchen. The bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with plenty of space for clothing. My only negative comment about this villa is it would be nice to have a closet to store away luggage and bags. We ended up putting them back into the car. The management company were friendly and very helpful. They had a broken ac unit replaced in hours. We will definitely return to this villa again.

Super easy to check in. The condo is nicely appointed and the view is stunning. Walk or ride your bike on the beach to Coligny Plaza. The location is great. I'm picky and I loved this place :)

This second floor condo is cozy and comfortable. Overlooks the ocean, the view was lovely. Our kids loved playing on the beach and in the pool. Ten to fifteen minute walk to Coligny plaza with shops and restaurants. There are bike rentals nearby and we loved the bike trails all over the island. Plenty of bath towels and linens were provided.

The rental company was very friendly and accommodating and we appreciated that very much.

A few suggestions to make it even better: The bunkbeds in the hallway are a very nice touch, however, the bunk beds need railings. Without railings, we felt that it was unsafe to let our kids sleep on the top bunk- they could easily fall. The bathroom door is hard to close and needs to be fixed. The property could do with a few extra amenities like a drying rack, beach towels and a can opener!
