Property was very nice, except for dip in balcony floor. Had everything we needed. Wish there were more ADA units available. Bathroom at beach has no railing to hold onto to go down or come up out of "hole it is in. However, the bath at the beach is great to have. Unit was nicely appointed and clean. Great service from manager. We went to all our favorite restaurants and shopped at outlets.

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head at Ocean Dunes Villa 308. The property is a 15-minute walk (by beach or sidewalk) to the Coligny Plaza for groceries, restaurants, gifts etc. The property is right on the beach, and this unit had a beautiful view of the ocean. The pool was a nice temperature. The unit itself had adequate facilities. Some repairs and updating are needed, but nothing that diminished our enjoyment of our holiday.

The property was VERY clean and the kitchen was VERY well stocked with all the supplies we needed for our stay. My mom uses a walker/wheelchair to get around. For the most part, we were able to get around easily, but the door to the bathroom was not wide enough to get her walker in the bathroom.

While this is picky, the TV service was not very reliable. I am sure that it was partly user error, but there were times when the system simply would not work. A printed channel guide would help prevent having to channel up/down.

From an overall property standpoint, this is a very convenient location. We have always loved staying on this part of the island. The walkway to the beach is a great asset that was much needed. I wish the property had a better way to get a wheelchair down to the pool area without having to go all the way around the building. The pathway alongside the building was rather narrow and we found ourselves in the bushes a few times.

We've staying in this unit before. The view is amazing! It's a nice unit with more kitchen stuff than most. It's a great set up and clean. I love the regular height table and chairs on the deck. Easier for dining.

The office staff was very helpful. We were a little disappointed that the refrigerator had rust in the freezer and refrigerator. Also, the handle on the refrigerator was missing. Otherwise, the rental was adequate for just two people.

We decided to come a week before our scheduled week at Grande Ocean but couldn’t get in there; but Ocean Dunes Next door had several units available that week instead. The unit had everything we needed and more! Appreciated the multiple sets of fresh towels. The row of hooks inside the front door made it so easy to keep track of jackets and hats. The granite half-moon counter was what sold us as we planned to work from our laptops that week and there was plenty of room for both of us. The 3rd floor oceanfront view was the real star of the show and helped us to feel like we were at the beach even while working. Our only wish was for a handle on the refrigerator door. Jimmy at Vacation Time was awesome to work with. Next time we have trouble getting in at Grande Ocean we will come to Ocean Dunes.

Couldn’t ask for a better location. Easy walk/ bike ride to Coligny but far enough away that the beaches are way less crowded!
Parking is easy. Access to room on 3rd floor was convenient. 2 stairwells and elevator never with a wait. Set up of room was nice and accommodating to 4 adults (we used the pull out sofa too) only real complaint was I didn’t feel like the condo was clean enough- especially the floors and furniture. Overall a great week in a great location with beautiful ocean front accommodations.

We’ve been going to Hilton Head for 33 years. We love the bike trails, the great restaurants and adopting turtle nests. We also love being oceanfront and being able to bike or walk to Coligny from Ocean Dunes.

We have been coming to this sight for over 30 years. The office staff is alway friendly. They are very helpful. We had a great time. The condo wasn’t as clean as usual. I went to plug up my phone and there were chip crumbs and a lot of dust behind couch. The shelf was falling down n bathroom and the fan was covered n dust. The shower wasn’t very clean. We were very disappointed this time n the cleaning.

We had a very nice time at ocean dunes villa 308. The location to the beach, view from the balcony and restaurants proximity was fantastic! The only improvements I would recommend is to update the torn chairs, bed comforter and wipe down the walls and trim which were dusty. Overall we really had a great week!

Perfect Ocean front and pool n ocean view. Nicely decorated one bedroom. We did not use sleep sofa. Mr. Coffee needs Kurieg . King bed in need of immediate replacement , edges sloping. Attempt to correct with comforter as pad. Just replace it please!This is our favorite unit. We pick this every year.if bed replaced 5 * Star .

Rental was just as represented on the pictures and by the associate that worked with us to make the reservation. Very clean and a fantastic view of the beach. Only had a few minor concerns, no peep hole in the door and no controlled parking lot, both of these are safety concerns and need to be addressed.

As always everything was excellent. Air Conditioning Unit had to be replaced after I notified the office was replaced in less than 90 mins. Older Unit than most but cleaner than any place I have stayed on the Island two of my co-workers are staying in same unit. however the only slight change I would make to unit is it needs some type of cabinet in bathroom no room for us women and our beauty products.

Villa 308 was very nice and provided the perfect place to spend New Years. It was ocean front-the only way to stay. We have stayed other OD properties in the past. This condo was clean, convenient and very up to date. Having read sleeper sofa was not comfortable in review, our son would agree. If extra person is counting on sleeper sofa-it needs to be as comfortable possible. Besides that-the place was great locale and would stay there again.

We enjoyed the close proximity of the unit to the beach and also the unit had a well stocked kitchen for cooking and service .. one complaint >> the sofa bed either needs a memory foam added or replace with one that has a sleep able mattress the mattress was terrible ..even my young boys could not rest well on it due to the springs being at the edge of the cover .. no padding at all

We stayed in unit 308 the only thing they need to include there is no cabinet space in bathroom one tiny cabinet would be a great help also somewhere to hang a bath robe would be much appreciated.

Great location right on the beach near everything. Photos of room spot on. View from balcony was great. Only issue new pool was being built some noise from that during normal hours like 830 till 500. Since we were at the beach first thing in the morning till late afternoon we missed most of the noise. And it was not a issue.

My daughter and I were celebrating her recent college grad and it was an amazing week to relax and reconnect!No better place than on the beach! While we enjoyed many of the fine restaurants in the area (Carolina Crab is my new fav) there was no better view than on the balcony of 308 Ocean Dunes! The condo is small (couples or maybe small family) but it had most everything we needed! A few suggestions: if you like to cook bring a good non stick or cast iron skillet and your fav chopping knife. Loved the new cabinetry, eespecially the pantry and granite countertops! The bathroom shiwer was a real treat after a day at the beach! As a prior reviewer mentioned, the bedding is a bit tired (I brought my own coverlet and pillows) but the mattress was quite comfortable and there were plenty of fresh blankets! Good storage too... The complex pool was disappointing with the area unkept and surprisingly not fenced in. The rest of the grounds were nicely maintained! But we spent most of the time at the beach so not a problem! We loved our stay and look forward to returning in the fall! Thank you!

Hilton Head is our Happy Place. It is where we go to get away from it all. Ocean Dunes is where we feel we are in our home away from home. The location is great, we wake up to look out at the ocean. We get to see the sun rise and the moon rise. 308 has a coziness to it, the bed is so comfortable we sleep like a baby. It's quiet, which helps us relax. Kitchen well equipped, we like to cook. Dimmer switches throughout make for great atmosphere. Our Happy Place.

While we were pleased over all with our rental experience and would return there were w couple of things that needed to be changed to earn the designation of delux. Brighter lights in the bedroom and living room make reading easier. The bedding was a little tired... perhaps a douvet cover would help and then it could be laundered between guests. We looked for DVDs bur did not find.

We had the best three weeks, weather was great. The unit we had is so cozy and comfortable. We had a hard time leaving. Everything you need is there. Love the lights in the bedroom both over the bed and in the fan. The bench on the balcony was my favorite place to have my morning coffee and watch the sunrise. We are coming back again for our fifth and sixth time next year.

This is a cozy property in a great location right on the beach. Easy access to the beach and a nice pool immediately adjacent. There were only a couple snafus that were slightly annoying. The sleeper sofa didn't have sheets provided but the rental company fixed this for us quickly. In the bathroom the toilet paper holder was missing the dowel. Strange thing to be missing, but fortunately TP can be dispensed without! The wireless router seemed to be shot b/c it wouldn't power on and was making a weird noise. Fortunately there was a strong open network from the 4th floor that we could use. One suggestion would be for them to place the router near the DVD player and connect it via ethernet so tenants who have Netflix accounts can stream content. The Blu-ray player didn't have wi-fi, only an ethernet port, so we had to use Redbox to watch movies. Just a suggestion.

We have stayed at Ocean Dunes for several years now and only once had a bad experience with the villa - and this was not it. This villa was exceptional - we will definitely be staying here again. The only concern I had was there was quite a bit of dust and cobwebs in the bathroom and around the villa in general. Otherwise, the villa was in wonderful shape, WONDERFUL bathroom and bedroom. The balcony is way beyond need for a replacement. It felt as if you would fall straight through in some places. We'll be back though!

This unit that I stayed in has been remodeled and very nice, large kitchen with alot of storage in the kitchen, has a nice couch and two nice fluffy chairs, so you have a lot of room to sit. It is ocean front, with a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. The location is idea, close to many resturants, shopping, bike trails and much more. I will definitely be requesting to stay in this unit again.

We stayed in room 308 at Ocean Dunes Villas, and it was awesome! It was the perfect size for my wife and I, and everything about this rental unit was amazing. Very clean, beautiful view, short walk to the beach and pool. This was our first time to Hilton Head, and we enjoyed every minute. We like to travel to different locations, but if we ever do return to this island, we would definitely rent this unit again!

Loved this condo - perfect location, new furnishings, very comfortable bed. There were ants right outside the door when we arrived, BUT I never saw any insects inside the condo the entire stay.
Very close to pool & beach, & we loved the oceanfront balcony. We biked every day, & our favorite activity was biking on the beach. There are several great restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again.

Altho I have been many times to HHI, this was my husband's first visit and I wantwd so much for it to be a favorable one. For decades we vacationed at OBX. Well he now has aa new favorite and we will be back again - the sooner the better. WOD #308 was an excellent property! The only thing missing was a cookie sheet.

This was our first trip to HHI and everything was great. Unit 308 was very nice and has been updated with granite countertops and flat screen TVs. One thing not mentioned in the description is the table and chairs on the balcony for enjoying the ocean view. The condo is a short bike ride to Coligny. Also, make sure to visit the condo cat, Grayzie. She is very sweet and hangs out in the parking lot.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo has been remodeled very nicely. My only complaint is that the property doesnt have a hot tub or a larger pool. Also, i would recommend putting blackout drapes in the bedroom. The light and exit sign shine really brightly through the blinds so that the room doesnt get dark. We would definitely stay here again, though.

Great beach view, and our small one bed Unit 308 Ocean Dunes Villas was small but nicely appointed. Great spot on beach. We would have preferred parking lot security of some type. Also, common areas of property (Elevator, stairways, etc.) were pretty dirty. Hallways were OK. But overall it was very nice stay. Nice little kitty cat in the parking lot we made friends with. And we very much liked the Monday to Monday rental flexibility we were allowed to book with, since we were at HHI for the Golf Tournament. We would consider staying at that property again with you all. Rental terms, etc. were easy to work with. Our Unit 308 did have a loose front window screen that we did not report, but it needs fixing. Thank you, have a great summer.
