We always enjoy staying at the facility we really liked room 309 but with the rates going up it is a bit too much to spend. We like to keep it between $1500 to $2000 We will look for another room we stay here a lot and explore all the rooms. The air conditioner was having some issues. But over all we look forward to staying here two to three times a year.

We have been renting for well over 10 years at Ocean Dunes. Although we find the kitchenette/living/dining space small we are in love with the view of the ocean from the balcony which is why we return each year.

Our stay in 309 was wonderful! The personal touches and updates completed by the new owners made the unit much more comfortable. The villa was spotless, and the outside building was also very clean.

We totally enjoyed our stay. We love the location. The condo was really nice and comfortable with a great view of the ocean. I would've like to had a shower at the cabana instead of a foot cleaner. There was some construction going on but it wasn't that big of a hassle.

The unit was very nice and it appeared to have been recently remodeled. Everything was very clean and comfortable. As usual, we were warmly greeted by the VTHHI staff and they were very professional in checking us in.

Overall we had an excellent vacation. The rental was very nice and clean. I really liked the floors being wood instead of carpet. The view was incredible. A/C works great! Plenty of things to do. A few things was the elevator wasn't working the entire time we were there and we were on the third floor so it made it really hard for us (3 children) to get groceries, luggage up and down.

We apologize for the elevator. There is never a good time for an elevator to break and it took a couple of days longer than anticipated to get it repaired. Again our sincere apologies.

This trip was very relaxing. We upgraded from a 1-bedroom oceanside to a 2-bedroom oceanfront. We are sooo glad we did. We had all 3 of our boys with us and was very comfortable and relaxing. Everything was very clean. Oceanfront view could not be beat! Plenty of room, 2 bathrooms was just fabulous.Vacation Time folks have always been so accommodating and nice. This is about our 6 or 7th year in a row...all at Vacation time...great folk!

We had a great time as always! We love the Ocean Dunes Villas location to the beach and shopping. We have been coming here for the last seven years. Room 309 gave our family plenty of room and was updated beautifully. See you next year !

Great location and beach front views. Unit 309 is a very clean and comfortable unit. The exterior of the buildings need a re-stain to freshen up. We highly recommend this property as well the propery manager, Vacation Rentals at Hilton Head.

When we arrived the air conditioning was not working and one of the toilets did not flush. After calling maintence, someone came and fixed the ac, but was not able to fix the toilet. That took a few more days. I think that these two items should have been noted when the unit was cleaned after the last guests. Why weren't they addressed then?

We apologize and are taking the issue up with our housekeeping department. They should have been aware of the toilet not flushing. We depend on them to be our eyes in these units and should expect this kind of thing to be reported. I hope both issues were addressed to your satisfaction eventually and that you will allow us to serve you again in the future.

I was dissapointed that there was no place to recycle cans and bottles. You would think an island resort would be more environmentally conscience.

Overall the unit was good, but we had some concerns with the balcony, it had one side that was not bolted securely.
Michael the manager was very helpful to me when making arrangements & the office staff was very nice when we checked in.
