The condo is nicely updated and the kitchen well appointed as well. The king size bed was very comfortable. Also liked having the beach cabana at the end of the beach access-very convenient and the ocean views were wonderful. I am concerned about the balcony floor, it is sagging in parts by the railing.

The location is perfect! A short walk to the beach! Great for little ones to come and go for naps! This place was great for our long weekend stay!

Very good experience with rental company. Minor maintenance light issue resolved. Location of room easy accessible from stairs or elevator or laundry ! The floor was not cleaned well and the bathroom fixtures
(hardware) were loose. But always a great stay at Ocean Dunes Villas!

Wonderful place to hang out ride bicycles and interact with lots of people unfortunately the weather did not cooperate as well as some mirrors but we are not in control of that
At least it was much better than what we left at home in Ontario

We had a very enjoyable stay in Hilton Head.
The condo was comfortable,clean,and had a wonderful view of the Ocean. Will definitely be back.

Small Condo for a couple or family with a small child. A lot of mold in the bathroom in the shower and ceiling. Door handle on sliding door was broken.

Unit 312 was just ok, but lacked tlc. There was mold on the shower curtain and the tub. There was dust on everything. You could write your name in the dust on the lamps. Under the couch and bed needed vacuuming. The refrigerator and the stove had visible rust. This unit had been "remodeled" on the surface. Noisy location, elevator and laundry right outside the bedroom window.

Wonderful! Oceanfront with great view from the balcony. Close to Coligny, can walk to on beach. Highly recommend!

Overall nice place. Convenient location, good amenities. Has unit AC (bedroom, main room) the bedroom one had a bad, mold odor. Everything else was great.

This was one of the best vacations I've been on in a while. The location was absolutely amazing. We were so close to the beach and the beach view was magical. I will definitely be back.

Location was awesome. Great pool and right on the ocean. Unit was small, twin bunks were in the hallway but we didn’t need to use them. Clean.

Late key pickup was very easy; unit was beautifully decorated - comfortable bed and furniture. Had bikes delivered and it was perfect to be close enough to the action but not directly in it. Heated pool was amazing! Would recommend!
Provided: coffee filters, hair dryer, 2 bath towels per person
OWNER Suggestion: ventilation in bathroom! Showering you will have water running down the walls from humidity.

Excellent. Loved the view of the beach and pool. Kitchen is well stocked and living area in good condition. Sliding door to balcony is missing its screen; not a big problem in April due to lack of bugs, but a necessity to replace in summer months. Also window in bedroom is tough to open to allow cross draft.

After having stayed here in 2014, we returned to find many upgrades to the property, including the beautiful pool just outside our oceanview room. We were greeted with friendly staff smiles with a very speedy check-in at the office. The booking process was also a breeze. Great location within walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. Looking forward to staying here again!

My dad came in for a week to visit us and we had him stay here! The location was great! The unit was clean and accommodating! The kids loved the bunk beds! The staff at the office was wonderful has well! This will be our go to spot for visitors! Thank you for the best trip!

It was great except the pool was closed for much if not the whole time. That was not a deterrent to our renewing for next year. Was this unusual or is it routine. Our other rental unit to the south always opened about March 15. Please advise. The people at Vacation time were very service oriented. Praise God for their fine character and customer service!

Mid-October is a great time to visit HHI, and we love Ocean Dunes, with one-bedroom units facing the ocean. Unit 312 had a few maintenance problems...sink disposal did not work, and the bathtub faucet dripped constantly. Also of note, there were no cereal bowls (or any other type of bowls) in this unit. Recommend Ocean Dunes in general, but not necessarily #312...there are other, better maintained units in Ocean Dunes.

The unit we stayed in was needing painted in the living room. There were worn places on the walls in several areas. Bathroom needs a little sprucing, I.e, a new bath tub possibly. The decorations throughout the unit were very nice.

Pros to the condo: Clean, ocean front, good size, "beachy" decor/furniture, nice sized balcony, "center of everything" location on HHI

Cons to the condo: Older (marks on walls, baseboards), needed to purchase some items upon arrival (bowls, hangars)

Note that this condo is directly across from the elevators/washer/dryer room and is directly above the building's pool facility. We initially thought these would be cons but the elevator proximity ended up being very convenient and we never had an issue with noise levels/distractions associated with the pool.

This could not have been easier. The staff was a pleasure to work with. They even called when it was getting close to 5:30 when the office closes to make sure I was going to make it before they closed.
