My fiancee and I stayed here for a week at the end of February and had a great experience. You can view the ocean (along with beautiful sunrises) from the balcony and the unit itself is very cutely decorated and has everything you need.

We had a wonderful time in the Hilton Head area recently, staying in Ocean Dunes Villa #402. The unit met all our expectations and I would highly recommend this building as well as using VTofHH to co-ordinate the rental. Next year we will be back for even longer! We had a good time. Kitchen needs more items in the --like decent cutting knives, decent can opener, more pots and pans, but we love having the ocean view.

Our rental from Vacation time with Hilton Head was wonderful. Jimmy is well is the other office staff are very helpful and will address any issues we have. It was a lovely condo on the fourth floor watching beautiful sunsets and sunrises was awesome. The pools were fabulous and the restaurant by the pool was truly a nice addition.

Staying at Ocean Dunes, feels like coming home. We have enjoyed this property for decades and this trip was no different. The condo was the perfect size for the two of us and being on the beach is always so convenient for early morning and late afternoon walks. Even when not on the beach we enjoyed the view from our balcony. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Very positive experience! I wish the apt had a hair dryer and a couple of chairs for the beach. We enjoyed our walk to the close by restaurants.

It was amazing, staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing was the bathroom tub had hair everywhere like a man had shaved his neared. The kitchen table was wobbly. But not will not stop us from future vacation there.

We had a great time and loved our condo! Perfect location and accommodated my family of 5 just fine. Property managers were very friendly. My only negatives were, I would have liked more info such as checkout procedures and amenities or local restaurants, the elevator needed some maintenance and the unit is only stocked with the bare minimum. Unlike other VRBO's we've stayed in, we had to go buy TP, Paper Towels, Coffee Filters, Garbages bags etc for our stay, but that wasn't a big deal. I would definitely stay here again.

The location of Ocean Dunes was ideal for our family. We all liked it's location because it's on the beach side. We didn't have to cross any street to access the beach. The one bedroom, 1 bath was enough for our family of four. The kids enjoyed sleeping on the bunk beds. If you don't feel comfortable dining out yet, the kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, oven, stove, dishwasher and full sized refrigerator. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool.

Condo is in a great location on S Forest Beach. Our balcony overlooked the small pool of the Hilton property next door and the beach off to the right. As to the condo, everything worked as it should but is in a big need of a facelift. Wallpaper peeling, chunks of drywall missing, fridge falling apart. Would be an A+ rental with some money put back into it.

Although we arrived a bit late, Jimmy rollison was super helpful in making our key pick up easy after such a long drive. We had a great view of the beach and a clean spacious room to enjoy. It really was a slice of paradise. We needed a bit of help with an item in our room and once again Jimmy to the rescue. Nothing makes a vacation better than when you're able to sit back, relax and have a fix for any issue that may arise. 10/10, this vacation truly checked all the boxes for me.

We really enjoyed our stay in HHI. The unit was clean and well equipped. The unit could have used a little bit of updating. Nothing major. Checking in and out was a breeze. Overall a great experience.
