Seascape Villa 3005

As always Vacation Time is the best. Had one small problem they solved with hours. Property was comfortable and fairly well equipped. Kitchen cabinets need replaced.

Very clean. Shower head was like a power washer. Had to shower with my back to the head it hurt so bad. Thought it was gonna take my skin off. Washer and dryer doesn’t work invest in something better. The drier doesn’t work. Plus the washer was the only thing that wasn’t clean. Also it would have been nice to have instructions on how to work the controllers to the TV. If they change the shower head and washer/drier I would definitely stay again. Also the water doesn’t stay hot long enough. And it would have been nice to have hangers to hang clothes in the closet, had to purchase some.Place was very clean and spacious for a couple.

Beach Escape
This cozy little condo was perfect! It was beautifully decorated, comfortable and had everything we needed for our week long stay. The location was great, just a quick walk to the beach and to Coligney. Had to contact the host with a question and she replied quickly with a response. Will definately stay here again!

Perfect Location
The location is awesome...just a short walk to the beach on a private path. Nice deck near one of 2 salt water pools and to be in a busy area it was peacful. Easy access to restaurants and shopping. We will make reservations here again.

Location is everything
The property itself is nice, pleasant view, but the location is the real selling point. Across the street from the beach a short walk to the shops at coligny and a short drive to virtually everything else. We enjoyed staying in, we enjoyed going out, we enjoyed bot the pool and the beach. Overall it wa a great stay. Would definitely reserve this unit again.

Beach Getaway
Talk about a perfect experience. The goal of this time away was relaxation and it was easy to do as the lodging had everything we needed and was close to the beach. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Love the quick response to all communications!

Clean, comfortable, quiet, and well furnished apartment. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, good shower. A few minutes walk to the beautiful beach and close to shops and restaurants.

The place was beautiful, super clean and perfect location. The beach was only a 3-5 min walk and had a bunch of amazing restaurants at walking distance. I recommend getting a bike and exploring the island. Will definitely book again for next summer!!

I enjoyed my week at Seascape Villas, Unit 3005 very much. The location couldn't be better, with all amenities available by walking or biking.

Rental staff was helpful and professional.
A couple of minor maintenance issues were taken care of within an hour of my calling the office.

When I'm next able to travel to the Island, I will stay again in the Seascape Villas.

We had a wonderful time in this darling condo. It was clean and in good shape. It was very comfortable with a perfect location on the bike trail and an easy walk to the beach. I hope to return soon! Rental management was helpful and made the process easy.

Exterior of the building is outdated. The railing to our place was rusted completely apart on a couple rails. Not much lighting in the villa. Sliding glass door would not open due to building settling and glass is fogged up so you can't see out of it for most of the day. Kitchen ill equipped. No baking sheet and only two very small frying pans. The plus to the villa is the location to the beach,town and sea pines.

Overall the villa was nice. It was clean and we had no problems with checking in. It is a little farther from the beach than I expected but there was a nice paved walkway to the beach. The only problem we had was with the mattress. It was very uncomfortable and we didn't get much sleep.

My wife and I enjoyed staying in this Villa. It was in a great area convenient to food and shopping, and even a grocery store. Access was easy and the Management Company was very friendly and there if we needed anything. I would definitely stay again..

Our experience was absolutely delightful! Just perfect for two. This property was easy to book, we got a quick responses from the owner, as well as Vacation Time of Hilton Head. Upon arrival, the staff checking us in was warm & welcoming. They had plenty of info available on what to do during our stay. We found the property just as pictured online & as described. As we settled in, we were pleased with the furnishings, the condo was tastefully decorated & SUPER CLEAN. All appliances were in good working order, as well as coffee maker & blender. Ample dishes, glasses, & other kitchen utensils too. The family room was comfy & we usually don't care about TV, but the big screen was great to view the Summer Olympics in the evenings. The queen size bed was very comfortable & the bedding nice too. Shower had strong water pressure & towels were thick & fluffy. The location was central to everything, with an easy walk to the beach. The owner even furnished beach chairs, boogie board & carrying cart! We did not use the pool, but it was nice to look out our window & see it. Parking was never a problem. We will definitely book this property again!! Top notch place for sure!

This property is in a great location and is well stocked and comfortable to make you feel right at home. It was clean and well furnished. The only complaint I had is that the balcony sliding glass door and bedroom window did not open. The locks appeared purposely jammed shut. I would have loved to have access to fresh air in the living space since there was no outside patio/balcony space to sit. Other than that it was lovely. The beach was a short walk across the street.

The only complaint that i had was the condition of the dryer. Linda of Vacation rentals was very helpful when I reported the problem and took immediate action to have the dryer loped after. I intend to come back to Hilton head next year and to use Vacation Rentals as my agent

Place was nice. Location was great, across street from beach with private walk and beach side restrooms was a nice bonus, room also had beach chairs and buggy to use which came in handy. only negative is there was no iron or ironing board, had to purchase a iron, and the electrical in bathroom needs updating, cant plug in any type of 3 prong plug. overall great little place.

This unit was exactly what we were looking for. It was clean, beautifully decorated and the bed was very comfortable. Best thing of all was how close to the beach it was. The only negative was, it didn't have a balcony
to go sit out on in the evening with a cocktail. Overall, we had a Fantastic 4 days and would rent this unit again!

The Condo was in a wonderful location with just a short walk to the beach. We had everything we needed, the unit is perfect for 2 people. The complex is beautiful and pool was great. It was wonderful having a washer/dryer. My only complaint would be that there is not a balcony.

We had a wonderful time and the location of the property is ideal! Condo was cozy. Owner of the property contacted me promptly when I inquired about the rental and was very nice. Management company processed all paperwork quickly and efficiently. We arrived at midnight and key was left for us. The condo was a sweet; however, it could have been cleaner and needed some minor maintenance. The essentials were clean: kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. The bedroom was cheerful, and we had plenty of clean towels. The sheets were clean but torn in two places. I called prior to my arrival about sofa bed sheets and was told they would be in the closet, but they weren't. My friend slept with beach towels because no bedding. Sheets arrived quickly the next day after I called but still no blanket. The extra blanket in the closet was stained. Blanket never arrived even though I called again and my friend continued to use beach blankets. Responsibility here lies with the management company. Sofa needed attention with leftover crumbs from prior guests. Exterior needed cleaning and had thick cobwebs with dead bugs hanging from them around light fixtures and other places. The webs were not new, so it appears as neglect. Removing cobwebs should be done weekly. We enjoyed nevertheless. Pool was clean and lovely. The beach and biking was our main focus and were thankful to return to a comfortable condo. I would recommend to a friend but advise of them of our problems. I would still return to this complex because of the location, affordability and general comfort.

We had a great time during our stay on HHI. The staff at Vacation Time were very helpful and they are close by. The condo is towards the entrance of the property which made it easy to get in and out. It isn't as close to the beach as I thought it would be so we still drove to the Coligny Beach parking area because it was usually easy to find a parking spot. It wouldn't have been to bad of a walk though. I just don't think I'd want to walk on the way back. Overall it was a great place, perfect for 2 people. I would definitely stay there again. My wife and i were here for 4 days and had a very relaxing time. Short walk to the beach and restaurants close by. The room was the perfect size and although clean it could use a paint touch up. (Noticeable water stains near AC vent and bottom of the bedroom door). Also a more firm mattress would be nice.
Overall a great stay, would rent again.

We stayed in this unit 5 days/4 nights. We were 2 adults and a baby. It was plenty of room, and the convenience of having a washer and dryer and full kitchen were perfect. The community pool is saline, and was very pleasant after a day of shopping and the beach. The unit is updated and in good condition. The furniture was clean and comfortable. Only complaints: steps up are very narrow, too far from the beach to walk, tiny bathroom.

The entire process was very nice and the property was great as well. There was one minor maintenance issue with a sink draining slowly but they were on top of it and fixed it quickly when I called. Overall it was quiet and relaxing, just the way a vacation should be and the staff was very helpful.

The experience was a good one. We arrived Saturday to no air conditioning but had a maintenance man there in a timely manner to get things fixed. I do have a suggestion however that the room should have some utensils in the event someone would like to cook during the week. There were no pots and pans available for use. Also, an iron and ironing board would have been nice to have. Lastly, I left my pillow in the room which was bit of a disappointment, if it is possible to get that back that would be incredible.

Just came from this villa and there is a whole set of pots and pans and a large canister full of utensils sitting on the kitchen counter. No iron and ironing board, but we will replace that. If you can describe which of the 7 pillows in the unit is yours, we would be happy to return it to you.

This was a Mom and 21 year old daughter get away. The condo is an awesome location. We love the south forest beach area. The access to the beach is perfect, you can really be there is 3 minutes. I walked to Coligny every morning, it was perfect. The condo itself is perfect for 2 adults, anymore than that any you are going to be on top of each other when it comes to the bathroom. But if you have small children you could definitely do it. The property was clean. The condo has been renovated beautifully. The living room area is so nice, the furniture is comfortable and very attractive. The bedroom is also decorated nicely. However there are still a few things that need to be renovated. The bathroom needs some work. The shower needs to be redone and there is only one electrical outlet. Also, there is no fan and in a small bathroom you really need an exhaust fan. The washer gave us problems when we tried to use the cold water feature and you had to manually turn it to spin. It definitely needs repair. The kitchen has all the necessary equipment but the refrigerator froze a lot of our food. The management company responded well to the one repair that we had and that was great. We actually have already recommended this property to our relatives and I would recommend it others. If just these little things get upgraded this is going to be a prime rental.

We were very pleased with our rental at Seascape Villa's. We actually rented through Vacation Time of Hilton Head, but we found the rental on VRBO. The owner was very nice and very helpful in helping get things arranged for booking. The villa was very nice, clean, and had recently been updated, so everything appeared to be new and in working condtion ( except for the shower did back up when taking a shower , to approximately our ankles).The pool was located right behind our room, which made access to it very easy. The beach was just a short walk (5 mins or less) from the villa. We had our on private walkway and cabana along that short walk to the beach. The villa was in a great location because everything (Sea Pines, Harbour Town, Coligny, and Shelter Cove) was close by....close enough to ride bikes. That is something we did not have an opportunity to do, but its definitely a must when we are able to return. Some of the highlights of our vacation (with two small children) were visiting the Harbour Town Lighthouse, taking a cruise on the Black Dagger (Pirates of Hilton Head), visiting Shelter Cove and sitting to watch and listen to Shannon Tannner (he is great with the kids), Jarvis Park (playground/looking for alligators and turtles), and of course, the beach. There was plenty of things that we would have liked to have done while we were there but ran out of time. Its definitely a trip that you want to have planned out before you get there. Prior to our arrival I was not aware that we would be responsible for washing our towels/washclothes, but I came prepared. So, that did not make a negative impact on our trip, but it may be helpful to be aware before arriving.

The property well maintained, unit was very clean, just updated. Great location across street from beach. Easy walk to beach plus private bathrooms just off the beach. Unit was relatively small, might work for couple with small children but could quickly get cramped otherwise. Worked great for just the two of us. Stairs to unit would not be good for anyone with walking issues. Kitchen well furnished, but linens in bathroom were sparse but rental office nearby. Very good customer service with rental office. Bike trails are awesome just be careful of traffic in/out of parking lots. Bike rental as easy as a phone call. They deliver to your door. If first visit to HH I recommend looking at the many free tourist magazines and maps to understand island layout and how shops and restaurants are somewhat hidden. Can be a task to find things if your not familiar with eco-friendly layout. Visit Salty Dogs and Harbor Town for an evening. For another great weekend evening take a 50 min drive to visit Savannah, GA River Street area via Blufftown Rd. Candy shops, food, music, art-lots to do. Ride the free ferry across river at sunset. Overall, HH great place to visit. Great smaller unit for couple or young family. Larger units available in same complex. Would recommend.
