Seascape Villa 3030

Everything was wonderful! Fernando was extremely helpful in lining up the stay and taking care of the details, and the office staff were helpful every time we had questions. The condo was wonderful, and the beach was less than a five minute walk from the door. Couldn't be happier!

Across the street from the beach.
Very clean condo. 3 floors provide plenty of space to spread out. Living room opens to the deck with grill. Great place for families or couples travelling together. The ocean front cabana is a real treat. No walking back to the condo for bathroom breaks. Short walk to the Tiki Hut, Pool Bar Jim's and Coligny Plaza's restaurants and shops. This condo is really nice place. Well appointed with everything you need to make it a home away from home. It's one of the best values on the island. We already reserved for next year. I didn't want to take the chance it would be booked.

Nice condo for my family of 5. Across the street from the beach and the pool is only steps away. Very clean. Rental office is located in front of condo complex. Hope to return soon.

This is a 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. It is very comfortable and very well kept. The location is near shopping and restaurants. The beach is a short walk, location, location, location. Will definitely be back

My family enjoys staying on this property. 3 levels with ample room and very close proximity to the beach. We've been coming to Hilton Head for over a decade and this is the best spot we've found!

Our unit at Seascape Villas was perfect for our family of 6. The location was fantastic! Easy walk or bike ride to the beach or Coligny Plaza. Did a lot of great bike riding during our stay (especially on the beach)! The unit had everything we needed and we would not hesitate to recommend it. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!!

The townhouse was perfect. It fit 6 people comfortably. The house was clean and fully stocked. The proximity to the beach was ideal. Just a five minute walk across the street. A nice 15 minute walk to Coligny Plaza. The check in & out process was a breeze. The rental staff answered any questions I had. I would definitely rent this unit or rent another place in this resort again.

This is the second year staying in this unit, and our experience was great! We will stay here again for sure. Positives: Great location, plenty of space, owners very helpful, nice deck, plenty of space and seating for hanging out with family and enjoying dinner, multiple pools in the complex, newly carpeted. A few things that could be improved: there is no table on the deck for eating dinner, just two side tables and chairs; there were no small beach chairs (just a couple sports chairs) at the time we were there and no beach wagon; the washer and dryer could be updated, and note they are in the second bathroom so changing laundry is sometimes challenging. We have stayed in several 3 bedroom units in this complex, and this has been the most well-maintained and comfortable!

We were looking for a rental in close proximity to Marriott's Grande Ocean where we had family staying. This condo right across the street was the perfect location. The condo was very clean, comfortable and well appointed. It had everything my daughters and I needed for our stay. The property was in good condition and we had no issues. Check in and out was quick and easy. I would recommend this condo to anyone staying in the area.

My family of five stayed and enjoyed the rental. I have an 18 year old, 14 year old and 9 year old who all found it amazing (which is saying a lot considering the age differences). We rented bikes and the kids rode to Coligny Plaza and on the beach. So many trails. We loved Harbourtown and the beautiful nature preserve in SeaPines. We took a day trip to Savannah which was fun too.

The villa is well stocked and nicely decorated. The beds were comfortable. The central location to all of Hilton Head was a plus. Very short walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay at HH. We have 3 boys and had plenty of space for us all. We rode bikes to town (love the bike paths) and just a short walk to the beach. The beach was not crowded at all. You could look down to where the "public" would come to and could definitely tell the difference. Very nice! There were only a couple of things in the condo I would like to have known prior, and they are small things. 1st only had 1 trash bag all week. Hard to do with 5 people. And there is nothing there food item wise. Plenty to cook with but no salt/pepper etc. It's hard to bring every little thing from home and can get expensive to have to buy every little thing you need. This was one of the best vacations we've been on!

Didn't get in til 6pm due to a mix up with the cleaning people, but they discounted our week which was good for me. 3 Bedroom condo was good. Only complaint was lack of dishes and pans in kitchen.

The property had everything we needed. We had a little issue with the TV's upstairs working, but Carol and her husband Bill were very responsive in helping us resolve this. This was not a huge issue since we were on vacation and there was so much to do, we really didn't need multiple TV's. Carol was very helpful with insider tips on where to eat and what to see. The Villa is in a great location. We loved renting bikes and riding everywhere. We would stay here again.

This was our 5th year staying at this location and it was a good as it gets. We booked for 2017. The villa is roomy and close to the beach. We ride out bikes to many of the stores and on the beach. The owners are friendly and accommodating and keep the villa up to date. We are already looking forward to next year

Vacation Time of HHI was superb from prior to arrival and even after our stay. The property was extremely clean and comfortable. Updates have been made to the bathrooms which were a plus and the extra bedding and 3 bedrooms were excellent to have for kids or guests. Easy walk across the street and shaded path to the beach and Coligny plaza. Customer service was friendly and helpful. I would recommend both Vacation time and the property and would stay again.

We enjoyed our week in Hilton Head with our two boys and their two friends. The condo was set up perfectly for our situation with the master on the top floor and the boys on the second floor, each with his own bed. The condo was very clean and comfortable and quiet. The pool was close by and the beach was an easy 5 min walk. We had problems with the TV when we arrived and the management company sent someone over to help. My husband was able to fix it by calling the cable company and having someone walk him through the repair. We enjoyed the grill in the back. The alligator in the lagoon out back was a great attraction!

We've stayed several places on Hilton Head. This one was definitely the best location, near shopping and a short walk to the beach. The only thing I'd say is that if you have children under four years old, there are lots of stairs here and no bathtubs--just showers. Perfect for our four year old though. The pools were close and nice as well. Overall, very comfortable, parking was easy, and a fine location.
