A wonderful five day stay in HHI. Very clean, well equipped and modern condo with great view of the beach. Perfect size for 2, enjoyed the porch every afternoon and evening, quiet location. We enjoyed visiting Coligny at night and added The Bank to our itinerary for our next visit.

This was our first time at Seaside Villas. We opted for a unit that faces the ocean and had a nice patio setting. Our condo was all we hoped for and more. Tastefully decorated and nicely stocked with quality items. Couch and bed could have been a little more comfy but not enough to cause us to stay somewhere else. Wasps liked the balcony area but we quickly learned that would not bother us. The beach was a little more crowded than we expected compared to past years at this time but it was still very nice. It was a really great and enjoyable vacation!!! Thanks for all the added touches! They were noticed and appreciated!!!

This is a perfect place for a couple looking for a beach condo. The size was perfect for us and the views far better than the photos. Easy walk to Coligny shopping and food. Easy beach access. This was our first visit to Hilton Head and this was a great condo for us. Would stay there again.

We love staying at Seaside Villas. This was our first time visiting in December and it was great. The accommodations were perfect. It had everything we needed and the short walk to restaurants and shopping is always a plus.

Everything was just as described. Great location, very clean, nicely decorated- perfect for two people. Management team was easy to work with. Walked right onto the beach each morning and down to Coligny to get coffee. We’ll be back!

Property is comfortable for two people, would be crowded with two more. Property description is accurate and property was clean and well maintained. No beach chairs or umbrellas are provided. No place to store these items. King size bed should be provided with king size pillows. Long walk to beach.

Very much enjoyed our stay , Condo was comfortable, nicely furnished & well equipped. The view from the terrace was fantastic. With great weather, we ate all of our meals outdoors.
Only thing missing was a corkscrew & as seniors, we would have appreciated a grab bar in the beautiful shower.

The bedroom is right inside the entrance, the bed was comfortable but more pillows were requested. bathroom was clean, kitchen was new and modern with lots of pans and dishes. basics were not there, salt pepper....,sitting area was small but fine for two. outside area was small but cute , there is only a view of the sand dune and a very distant ocean. parking really was not a problem for us as it seemed quiet, but if busy that should be noted and most importantly there were no sand chairs,beach towels, umbrella.you can rent on the busy beach for $44 a day... a little steep for a couple hours on the beach daily....

We were thoroughly pleased with this condo the instant we walked inside. Comfortable bedroom, beautiful bath, with a huge shower. Kitchen was furnished with nice quality appliances and equipment. Sitting on the balcony, enjoying the view was absolutly peaceful.

This was our first time booking through Vacation Time of Hilton Head Island and the reservation process was easy and pleasant from start to finish. Everyone we talked to was very friendly and knowledgeable. Seaside Villa 122 was exactly as described on the website. The villa was clean and updated with the most perfect view of the ocean. The property was kept clean and was very quiet. We could sit on the deck and feel like we were in our own private oasis;other than an occasional conversation from other renters nearby. The grounds were well-maintained and we had a quick, easy access to the beach. We could sleep in comfortably; without noise waking us up. I highly suggest ordering a yummy pizza from Doughboy's Pizza and enjoy the view from your deck. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, but sometimes it's nice to go out to eat. If you are hungry for a fresh, locally-sourced breakfast, try Nectar Farm Kitchen. We found everyone we met on Hilton Head Island to grace us with their southern hospitality and loved how well-maintained the island is. The landscape of marshes, moss draped oaks, palmetto trees and southern pines take precedence over buildings. We hope you enjoy your stay at Seaside Villa 122 as much as we did.

This is a great unit..we love sea side..stayed in this unit prior to the new owner doing a is so nice since it has been upgraded..I would suggest having key pad entry, Many rentals now have upgraded to them.. it would be nice not to deal with keys. A few hooks on the walls in the bedroom would be nice for hanging towels or jackets. The storage in the bathroom is very would be since to have a grab bar in the shower. The unit has all you need in the kitchen. The view is beautiful..

Of all the places we’ve stayed in, this was the nicest. Very new, clean and nicely appointed. Not to mention a fabulous location.
Something like a sliding barn door would be ideal to separate the bedroom from the living for sound etc.
5’s across the board.

Seaside Villa 122 provided exactly what we needed for an early Spring vacation. The condo was portrayed in the description accurately. The furnishings were comfortable and met our needs well. We also received quick responses to our inquiries from the renting agency. A pleasant experience all around.

We have stayed in Sea Side for many years, and in some very nice condos. This one is over the top nice. Remodel is awesome. We have booked this again twice for 2022. We would like to see an additional set of towels, and instructions on the Convection Microwave. Again, 100% satisfied!

Our stay for a girls weekend was perfect. The condo is beautifully put together and so very comfortable and the view is phenomenal. It was a quick walk to Coligny for dinner and shopping. I would highly recommend this condo for a couple or a small girls weekend.

This is an amazing place to stay for a couple or a small family. Beach access right outside your door. Beautiful new renovations with a beachy yet eloquent feel. Within walking distance to Coligny Plaza for shopping and a variety of restaurants. We rented bikes and rode on the paved bike trails around the area.

As always VTHHI was excellent to work with and we appreciate them recommending SSV122 to us. This was the most beautiful,well appointed unit we have ever stayed in and we’ve been staying at SeaSide since the 90’s. The decor and attention to detail and guests needs was excellent . We love the ocean front views and the close proximity of the property to Coligny. We will definitely request this unit for all of our future trips

Booking through vacation time Hilton head was painless, and super easy picked up Keys, went to the room; at the end of stay, dropped off keys everyone at the vacation time office was very nice and even made a few recommendations on places to eat and gave us a couple coupons to be able to go out at some of the restaurants and get a little bit of money off will definitely be booking with vacation time Hilton head again.
