Xanadu Villa B12

This unit provided great space for 7 friends to spread out with 3 different decks, spacious bedrooms and a great table to play games on each night !
The bathroom in the walk out bathroom had no fan and no hot water for the the sink. The master bathroom toilet water was turned off when we went to use it first evening— when we called property management the next morning they sent someone very quickly who also took his time to give us direction to get into TV systems as none of the 4 TVs had clear directions that worked . We found the chair/ foot rinse off hose for the property on the last day of our stay. So a more detailed property information sheet might be helpful to future guests.

Customer service friday, the day of arrival and the following Monday to Friday was excellent, Jimmy went above and beyond to help us. The weekend staff was not quite as helpful. The condo could use some updating in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked minimally but is sufficient if you don't plan big meals. The unit was extremely clean. The beds are comfortable. The laundry requires quarters and is very convenient to the door of the unit. The environment was clean and well cared for. The pool was clean with plenty of seating
but not heated. The location was far enough from Coligny to be quiet and the back way in to the area avoided the traffic. Overall the stay was good and we will return.

Outstanding!!
This is my third time staying at this villa and I just love it. It's very spacious, private feeling and well stocked kitchen cabinets. There is a lock-out room so guests can have their privacy and their own bath and fridge if they'd like. I'll definitely be coming back!

Spacious place. Mostly in good shape. However, could not use the only balcony with a view other than parking lot because of broken door handle, which we called about. Couch is very old, worn out and needs replaced badly!! Coffee maker needs replaced. Close to pool. Not too bad of a walk to the beach or the Coligny park and shopping area.

Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. The maintenance issues you mentioned in your review have been taken care of. The owner purchased a new sofa and coffee maker. We had maintenance correct the issue with the broken door handle. We hope to have you stay with us again on your next trip to Hilton Head.

Just Right
This was a convenient place to meet up with friends: comfortable, ample room, very clean, convenient to the beach and restaurants and well outfitted kitchen. I hope to return.

The property was clean and had everything you needed. The only problem was the two T.V I the bedrooms didn't work and when you have four children this is not good.
