Xanadu 10 is an older unit with minimum amenities. Very little storage room, no dressers just shelves in the closet. TV was great, couch small but adequate and comfortable but no coffee table or side tables. Flooring in bathroom scarred from door not fitting properly. Maintenance came to repair door immediately upon calling. Minimal dishes and bathroom towels. Washer and dryer were in the hallway at a cost of 4 quarters each.- Susan B. , Posted: 03/16/2025
Stayed here for 3 nights while conducting a workshop at the local Academy of Art. It was a total comfort after a long day of teaching. The facility was quiet and the building as a whole was very private, quiet, and relaxing. Overall, a wonderful experience.- Robert W. , Posted: 10/19/2024
