The unit was really nice. Well equipped (except for a tea kettle and coat hangers). Loved the location at Coligny - walk to beach and coffee in the morning.

Great unit, beautifully decorated. Well stocked kitchen with all the dishwater and cookware that you need. Nice to have an in-unit washer/dryer. Bedrooms spacious and quiet. Very clean.

Extremely Well Don!
We have stayed in many of the units here at Surf Court. This one is beautifully done. The LVP flooring is perfect for this space. Huge BONUS - this unit has a pantry. Most of the others here do not so there is no space for groceries. This pantry is perfect. The walk over to the beach is easy. This development has a lot of full time residents so it tends to be a quieter property. A few things to know - there was no large pitcher in the kitchen. We purchased one and I'll leave it here. The master closet has no rods for hanging clothes. The master bathroom doesn't have any towel bars. Pots and pans could use a refresh. I'm already looking at dates later this summer to come back.

I did a lot of research to find a recently renovated property because of cleanliness concerns amplified by COVID. This exceptional property has smooth floors throughout the house (except carpet on stairs) especially the bedrooms which was important for my kids who have allergies. Very clean and well maintained with great , timely response from the mgmt company when we had some minor issues with the door and cabinets. Stayed for 2 weeks over the holidays to have a socially distanced experience on Hilton Head in the winter. Location was perfect for us because of its central location allowed us to bike every day to explore other parts of the island for activities like kayaking, boating, horseback riding, etc. Highly recommended for families to safely socially distance while still enjoying the outdoors. This property sets the bar high the next time we look for rentals. Would happily return and highly recommend to others.

One of the best rental experiences we have had. The trend in Hilton Head for renters is either way upscale with a crazy price or outdated timeshares from the 80s. This place struck the perfect balance between price and updated accommodations. A 4 min walk to the beach along well defined pathways and a 7 min walk to Colligny shopping and restaurants. We barely drove while on the island. It was perfect for us and another couple as the rooms are very spacious. I wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in the future.

The Perfect Getaway
We had the most wonderful stay for our family getaway. The condo is absolutely gorgeous, with all the amenities and upgrades! The perfect spot for our family to relax and enjoy time together at our favorite beach spot. Walking distance (even with 2 toddlers!) to shops, restaurants, parks and of course the beach! We enjoyed being close enough to walk over and enjoy the beach and then not having a long walk back to the condo. We cannot wait to come back!

We were here for 2 months. The property was very nice. It looks like the property was totally updated with high end appliances and finishes including solid wood doors, wine refrig and electric fireplace. White walls with blue accents and beachie sayings gave the place a nice touch.
The only thing to consider, older people might find the 14 steps to get to the main living level a little steep and hard to navigate.
We would definitely stay here again if in the area.
